Exactly. Costume dramas are very forgiving in this regard. Actors are always in full clothing and layering is easy with those robes.

I agree. Generally I want everybody to use their own voices but sometimes it's fine. Here FL and ML have VAs that suits them so it's ok for me. I also liked VA for Zhang Linghe in POJ.

Oh c'mon guys don't judge too soon. She has that baby voice in her previous life to sound young and naive. She will get her normal voice after she dies which is like at the end of the first episode. You really should watch first before giving your opinions lol.

atleast he is loyal to his wife and daughter, that is why he doesn't do the kiss scenes.
It's not hate It's called opinion. I am not even talking about Ren or this drama in particular. I just reacted because in my opinion actors that for some reason don't want to kiss on screen should not be given roles with heavy romance focus. That's all.

I never said he never did kiss scenes. All my comments here are in general about actors that don't want to kiss on screen.

Calm down. I am not watching HIS dramas I am just watching good dramas. I don't care which actors play the characters as long as they do good job. I also like to have good plot but that is certainly not exlusive with good kissing scenes. Take for example Pursuit of Jade. Good plot AND kissing scenes. You know you can have both right? :D

I don't agree. It's just not satisfying when romance doesn't have at least one nice kiss at the end of the story. It really is not that much too ask from a romance story to have a kiss lol.
