Yong san, In Jae has better character development than anyone in this drama. and Kim Seon ho, Kang Hana, Kim Hae Sook kudos to their acting skills. They made the most of the drama bearable to watch. I can't say much about the ML couple, they look cute but idk why they lack charisma and still feels like a couple in early 20s. I must say the SL's and the side characters really pumped up the show for me.
Bae doona's acting in the last episode was incredible. The way she acted in the crying scenes were so real and heart-touching at the same time. Her panic attacks gave me a little panic attack ngl.
Kim hye yoon is such a good actress,I enjoy her acting skills both in sky castle and now in this drama. tbh I'm gonna continue watching this drama only because of her.

It covers topics like euthanasia which is something sensitive and not many people like to discuss. some of the procedures were done nicely imo (idk what would a doctor say after watching). there was also emphasize on illness like CIPA .
Out of all three main ladies,I think Song Ga kyung is my favourite now. At first I liked Scarlett but now it's just different. The amount of character development SGK got is amazing.
