I had the same thoughts as you until you mentioned "random woman". At that time, I have not yet watched the episode. But I am sure if that was schemed by Stella, she would use Lucia because both of them are in the same revenge plot.
BTW, Stella did not involve or even inform Lucia about what Seri was up to. 🤔

Yeonha can't be delivering free food to Jiseop's in-laws.  I just assumed that it is not free.  Yeoha is working at an eatery and she offered to deliver food to customers for her employer.

The story of that driver makes no sense.  Even if he can be a witness for Taegeong, he came out of the coma after 4 long years. 
It is unrealistic for Taegeong to pay for his hospitalisation and medical bills for 4 years and he could continue to pay if this guy did not come out of the coma.  How did Taegeong afford to pay his hospitalisation and medical bills for 4 years?

Now does Taegeong have to hire bodyguards to protect him?

In the preview, Chairman discovered that the framed driver is alive....

I think the Writer is just giving some screentime to the FIL. It will probably amount to nothing.
This FIL actor often plays comedy roles.

The framed driver who woke up from coma after 4 years and could speak without therapy and think better than Taegeong - that scene gave me a belly-shaking laugh!

How is Taegeong going to protect him - hire body guards for him? If this driver spilt the beans on Taegeong, he will be the next one in a coma.

JeA, I forgot to add that after the takeover, Seolhui will demolish Mingang Distribution building.
Because Miso ended her life there.

Min Doo Sik built Mingang Distribution painstakingly from a small company. Gyeongchae has also said to her father recently that she loves Mingang and it meant a lot to her and she made a huge sacrifice by returning from the US.

So it will be very, very devastating to father and daughter when Mingang is taken from them. And that is what Stella and Lucia are aiming for - to cause them a excruciating pain.

Some commenters here said that there might be a baby switch. So Gyeongchae is actually protecting Seolhui's daughter all this while.

In my opinion, when Stella and Lucia found out that Seri is Gyeongchae's biological mother, they will plot to harm her.

Yeonha is not Seolhui's biological sister. Yeonha refers to Seolhui as 'unni' out of reapect for her. From what I understood, Seolhui 'saved' Yeonha years ago but the details were not mentioned at all. This happened in the first few episodes before Miso was attacked by Seri.

I also wondered why Jiseop who has been married for more than 4 years now, has not produced an heir. Chairman has also not pressurised him and his wife. Maybe Chairman is worried Jiseop will produce a son ... like himself.

JeA, maybe Taejoo bribed that guy who lied that he found Seri's mother.  He and Stella then schemed to lie to Seri that Lucia is her mother.  And then use emotional manipulation on Seri regarding her shares.

I guess that Stella's scheme is to launch a takeover of Mingang.  And maybe take over their house as well.

No doubt, Manager Gong is doing a good job but entering his bedroom late in the night is crossing the boundary.... to me.

But Lucia's clenching of fist was keenly observed by Seonjae and he said something like she has to be Seolhui for such a physical reaction when he mentioned "your daughter".

In the preview, Lucia was indeed dragged to the rooftop where Miso ended her life.

The problem is Lucia and Stella have no idea that Seri is Gyeongchae's biological daughter. Alright, I am saying this based on my own assumption but many earlier incidents led me to this assumption.

Lucia should have been more guarded and controlled her emotion.  I know it's easier said than done because Snake Seonjae mentioned "your daughter" deliberately. 
Unfortunately, Lucia's clenching her fist, gave Seonjae the answer which he had been seeking.

In the preview, the woman walking to meet Seri is Stella Jang. She is going to brainwash and manipulate Seri regarding her company shares.
