But it is not quite believable because if Gyeongchae is biased and did not pressurise him to do better. But she told her dad that Mingang means everything to her and reminded him of what she had to give up in the US for Mingang. Then why wasn't she monitoring Taegeong's performance closely? It has been 4 long years. By all accounts, Taegeong should be fired now. Here's the loophole - Taegeong is still working at Mingang even after defying Chairman's order to "steal" that company's business methods or technology.
