I have been disappointed ... very disappointed with Dongseok since last Sunday with that scene in the LX Hotel lift.

A 50-year-old Chairman of LX Hotel so nervous and speechless with his MIL.

Dongseok told Kwangsook that his MIL will accept his decision to marry her eventually. What if she never accepts his marriage with Kwangsook? Then they have to wait for 5 or 10 years for her approval?

Dongseok has suddenly become a wimp in his MIL's presence.
Dongseok ought to say with conviction that he will be marrying Kwangsook soon but all he could do was frown when she made a disparaging comment that Kwangsook was low-class. 😬😤

I think Gyeol and Bom will be the ones to speak up for Kwangsook which will silence the MIL. If she continues with her snobbish tone of voice and raised eyebrows, I will sew a zipper on her mouth. 🤐

I was telling a commenter here that in the old kdrama Temptation of the Wife, the FL, ex-wife, had some plastic surgery and returned to exact revenge. He could not recognise her at all. 😆

That's why I often add a last sentence that it is my own speculation which is 💯 true as I am but a viewer.

Mj, I can tell you that a few of my speculations in kdrama U ri & Suji came true. ☺️ 
But my speculations in other dramas have been far ... far off too.

If Miso received psychiatrist counselling and recovered, then there is no reason for Seolhui to transform herself to exact revenge, agree?
But this is revenge drama.

What drove her to transform herself to wearing a red gown, putting on red lipstick and heavy makeup in the drama posters?  It is a great effort to transform oneself physically and mannerisms.  I am sure Seolhui will change her name, on top of the way she speaks and will produce fake or maybe real professional certificates. 

It will be hard to watch but something very bad has to happen to Miso, who is Seolhui's lifeline, to drive Seolhui to such drastic measures to punish the Min family. 

Yes, she will meet with the Chairman in episode 10, but she will use plastic surgery and identity fraud to seduce the Chairman and marry him in order to exact revenge after a time-skip.  Being Mrs Min Doo Sik means Seolhui will wield huge power which will enable her to torture the Min family as well as Seonjae.

Nevertheless, I need to stress that this is my own speculation based on the synopsis.

Mj, there is an old kdrama called Temptation of the Wife.  The husband is a womaniser and got rid of the wife.  I cannot recall the details because it is more than a decade old kdrama.

There was plastic surgery done on her face etc.

I will not reveal more. Such storyline has existed in kdramas since a long time ago.

As I have mentioned earlier, Miso is likely to harm herself as her mental health is so fragile now. Cyber bullying is rampant in SKorea.

I dread watching the aftermath of Miso's act... you know which act I'm referring to. Sigh!

Someone wrote that there will be a time-skip and Seolhui will emerge a new person. Can't wait to see the transformed Seolhui. I'm sure she will change her name too.

Miso told her her mum that people may believe the news and criticize her.  She kept reading the negative comments about her in the social media and someone told her to die.

Sadly, I think that Miso will succumb to the criticism.  Seolhui will singlehandedly destroy Miso in her attempts to clear her name - as Seonjae has warned her. 🫣

Seolhui's transformation, in the MDL poster, in a red gown, red lipstick and heavy makeup, is a big giveaway that she will marry Chairman Min who holds absolute power in Mingang Distribution and also at home. She will then slowly torture the Min family as well as Seonjae.

I can't wait to watch her transformation!

This is a makjang which has revenge, angst, bitterness, exaggerated plots etc as its  typical characteristics.

You must have seen a transformed Seolhui in a red gown and heavy makeup in the MDL posters. 

What drove her to transform in this way?  Miso is the lifeline of Seolhui.  My guess is separation of Miso and Seolhui either through Miso's death or Miso being in jailed wrongfully. 

Seolhui's transformation is to seduce the Chairman of Mingang to become his wife.  As his wife, she will hold considerable power over Gyeongchae, Seonjae, Soo Jeong and Seri (her enemies).  She may even try to take over the company or cause the death of the Chairman, thereby having absolute power over the family and company. 
With this newfound power, she will then embark on her journey of revenge on the Min family and Seonjae.

That is possible too.
In any case, Miso will certainly end up in a bad place or in a bad state. 🫣
