My theory on Stella Jang :
Her son and Gyeongchae loved each other. Chairman Min opposed their dating because he was not from a chaebol family.
Gyeongchae got pregnant while her baby's father got murdered by her father. (Gyeongchae has no idea her baby's father was killed by her father.) She threatened to kill herself if baby Seri were separated from her. Her father came up with a plan to make Seri his illegitimate child.

I am thinking Gyeongchae conspired with her father because there was a conversation between Chairman and Gyeongchae when he advised her not to make it obvious that she was protecting Seri and that if others knew that she is Seri's biological mother, there will be trouble.

The character of GS the writers have given us so far would never have called him any endearing name in his hotel…
Right! "Oppa" at the right place.

Earlier, I wrote that no parent can prepare their child for bad events in life.

Yes, I agree with you now... that Miso seemed immature as compared to Boram.
Seolhui coddled and sheltered her from the harsh reality of life. That's why she was throwing tantrums like a toddler.
Seolhui also kept making empty promises to Miso.

Hi Imangla!

Your comment, in the discussion section,
was very well-written and tugged at my heartstrings. I could not read to the end.

Most of your points were also my points in earlier comments.
For example, Seolhui should know who she was dealing with and know when to stop pursuing the matter.

I feel so sad reading your comment because the rich and powerful are indeed very merciless and immoral. They have no qualms trampling on the poor and weak.

I mean ... not that I have been trampled with injustice before. But when I recall such real life cases in SKorea, it is so sad.

Thank you for taking the time to write such a meaningful... I should say ... ARTICLE not comment. 👍👍👍 🥰

...And yes, the FL should have taken Miso to a psychologist ages ago, especially after she fainted from stress.…
"At the very least, she's going to have Gyeongchae living in fear that something might happen to Seri."

Agree!

The reason for Seolhui to take revenge must be strong and cruel.
Miso is Seolhui's lifeline.
So it has to be the death of her lifeline, Miso. 😥

It is, hopefully, a good opportunity for cyber bullies to watch these few episodes and watch the tragic consequences of cyber bullying.

I know... it is wishful thinking on my part. 🙂

Mj, I have seen such scenes in kdramas.

I just hope that some...some cyber bullies will get an awakening call from this scene.

Seolhui will discover that Seri is Gyeongchae's daughter and she will make both mother and daughter suffer the same way as she did.
Or almost the same way, if you know what I mean ....

Based on other commenters in other kdramas - they said cliffhangers always occur on Friday.

The revenge usually does not begin immediately after the tragedy.

A thought just crossed my mind that it might be the Writer's intention to broach the topic of self-harm resulting from cyber bullying.
And how the people who are left behind, cope with the loss of their loved ones.

Seolhui is losing her marbles. Miso was her lifeline. 😭

The revenge scheme begins this Friday or next Monday.....

I was just going to watch the raw episode! It is awful but it was coming. Because Miso has lost faith in her mum.
Miso's death will be the trigger for Seolhui's transformation to exact revenge on the Mins.

Nevertheless, I am so glad the story has moved forward.

Initially, with the negative comments on social media, I was sure she would do self-harming.

In the preview, because that Silly Seolhui thought it would be a good idea to make Seonjae think Miso is his daughter so that he would then reach out to help them.

But in the preview, we saw how horrified - not joyful that he was.  I think he might harm Miso because if she were his daughter, then she would be a roadblock to his desire to become the son-in-law of the Min family.

Were you the one who said Miso could be in coma after accident? I think Miso will be killed in a staged accident by Seonjae or survived the accident but be in a coma.

Now that Writer got Seonjae connecting with Miso, I change my original theory of Miso doing self-harm to be a target of Seonjae.  I think this Friday will be Miso's last appearance.

Agreed!
Seolhui should not keep promising Miso that she could make things right. Even Miso did say bluntly that Seolhui kept saying she can resolve the issue but she could not do anything.

It is always on hindsight that we say that they or we should not have done or said this or that, right? 😄

Chingu, do you think like me that Miso will be die?
I wonder how...🫣

My view on Miso's screaming and tantrums is that it was tiring and boring to watch because it was repetitive.

However, I do understand that for a 16 or 17-year-old, it is very, very difficult to accept the negative and cruel comments on social media.

On top of it, she was expelled from the current school she was attending and failed to get into a prestigious high school.  Her future is destroyed.  If she tried to go overseas for studies, there is a chance that she will not be accepted too because she was labelled as a money grubber and liar - a person who provoked Seri, got assaulted and then blackmailed Seri for lots of money.

Sigh!  I do sympathise with Miso but I want the story to move on too.  I don't want to watch another 2 episodes of her screaming and wailing and Seolhui visiting Mingang but leaving with more problems.  It is repetitive .... 😐

No parent can prepare their child from such bad events in life.
But Seolhui, as an adult should know what the rich and powerful in her country, are capable of doing to the poor in such situations.  She should have known when to stop pursuing Mingang Distribution and Seri.

It has been at least 2 episodes of Miso's screaming and throwing things as well as Seolhui causing a commotion at Mingang Distribution.  It was exhausting and frustrating to watch.

Hopefully, the story would move forward by tomorrow.

Title For Eagle Brothers Spoiler
I would like GS to handle the MILOh wow, the audacity is strong with this one! Telling GS she can date DS but…
Kwangsook is more than able to throw sarcasm and anything else at MIL.  She can express her thoughts to MIL.  But she needs to be cautious that she does not give MIL more reasons to criticise her and make things difficult for Dongseok.

First and foremost, she and Dongseok must agree not to keep secrets and update each other about anything concerning MIL.  So Kwangsook must tell Dongseok everything that MIL said to her at that dinner/lunch.

I still think that Dongseok should be the one to deal with MIL.  Because whatever Kwangsook says to MIL, she will only get angry and then complain to Dongseok as well as Gyeol & Bom.

MIL has deep-seated despise and prejudice against others who are outside of her class.

Right!
Inappropriate to call the Chairman "oppa" at his hotel - in the presence of others but especially in front of hotel guests.
(MIL was pushing a luggage - so Kwangsook knew she was staying at the hotel.)
