I don't understand why NY is accusing SJ in this manner because once MR questioned HS, SJ or WR, then the truth would surface. Unless MR kept mum, that's how conflicts would surface between MR & SJ. However, a person like MR, who managed her family and a foundation well, should realise NY was trying to create a toxic family situation.

Imo, JT should have simply come clean when he saw his tie pin in WR's box that night. In the presence of everyone, JT should say "This is my tie pin which I lost 25 years ago. How did you (WR) come to have it?" NY would not be able to blackmail him.
NY may try to run SJ down in a car but HS pushed SJ aside and got killed instead. NY will give birth to a stillborn baby in jail later.
