I think the reason JT is using NY instead of his own son HS is that he doesn't want HS to know how evil he can be capable of. He wants HS to be on his side so he presents a father who has been maligned and verbally abused by MR.
JT is just digging his own grave.

Yes! HS is shown as the greatest fool in this drama! By the time he discovered the true colours of his wife and father, he might break down, divorce NY and leave for US.

I predict a impending miscarriage for NY and with the divorce - NY is back to Square One in her family home.

Better still, she should serve a jail sentence for posting those videos which maligned and almost destroyed SJ as well as the doctored DNA samples.

Convenience or inconvenience should NOT even be an issue when MR has been searching for HW for 30 years with a great deal of heartaches and tears.

If you have been watching each and every episode of this drama, you would not have written the above sentence.

I'm sure you want my honest opinion....which is I am ok & I can accept it that NY is having slightly more screentime than SJ atp. Give and take a little. But if watching SU JI & U RI is stressing you out, then it becomes unhealthy to continue watching.

That's why I said it is a personal decision to watch or drop it. Once I decide to drop a kdrama, I do not return to read comments. I cut off everything.

I will press on watching SU JI and will be sad to see it come to its end. 😟

I do recall that scene about Jung SJ had a sick son and then the boy became well suddenly.

But I was referring to episode 90 5.15 minutes where MR & SY had a conversation in the private room in the Courtyard House.

I thought MR's asking SY if Dr Chae has had a heart ailment meant WR has had a heart ailment when he was being raised by MR.
But SY said WR was very healthy since young.

Confusing.

The best and safest way of obtaining the DNA samples is for MR & WR to visit the lab TOGETHER and have their DNA extracted from their blood.

SY said WR never had any heart ailment since young.
So is WR not HW?
Or Jung Soon Jung brought HW to another hospital and his heart ailment was healed? So by the time SY met Jung SJ in the hospital, WR was already healed of his heart ailment?

The villains are really the ones who made the kdrama fans like me continue watching. Because I want to know how the goodies overcome the baddies. Years ago, baddies in kdramas were punished harshly but in recent years, I noticed there is a change in writing patterns for the villains.

Imagine dramas without villains....everyone will be bored to tears.
Having said that, the acting skills and storyline of the leads and villains often play an important ingredient in my decision to continue watching the drama or to drop it.

Hence, it is a personal decision.
Nevertheless, I would sometimes persuade certain commenters not to drop the drama yet for the sole reason that I enjoy chatting with them. Certainly, they will be the ones to make the call at the end of the day.

I love watching family dramas and tried to watch as many family dramas as I can. Have you watched kdramas RED SHOES or JANG BO RI?

By far the most negative and boring kdrama is RED SHOES which I dropped. It was a completed drama by the time I watched it and it really made me downhearted with so much negativity and the chemistry between the leads was really lousy that I did not look forward to watching each episode.

But SU JI & U RI is nothing like RED SHOES. I look forward to watching every episode and I simply love the lead couple. Nevertheless, this story cannot be stretched beyond 126 episodes unless the Writer creates new characters.

You don't know what you will be missing but it will be too late for regrets. 😜😆🤣😂

I am very very sure it will not be extended from 120 to 167 episodes. The main plot to thinning out and there is just not enough subplots to
to carry on the drama.
It will not be extended to even 130 episodes.
So....don't leave otherwise I have to hug 3 pairs of legs (like in kdramas) to stop 3 persons from leaving the Comments Page!
