Legally, SJ is not SY's daughter anymore because she is not in SY's family register. The authorities informed SY when she did a check several episodes ago.

I have a strong feeling that when MR later discovers WR is her long-lost son, she is very likely to discuss with SY to have WR in the Han family register.

Whether WR stays in SY's or MR's register, WR & SJ can legally marry.

Whether SJ stays put in the Jin register or move to SY's register much later, WR & SJ can legally marry too.
