Soon we are likely to have another one with SY, JT & WC.
From the beginning, JT was showing how relaxed and happy he was whenever SY was present. With such a sullen and cold wife, and knowing she wanted to divorce him 30 years ago, he will certainly go to SY now.
This drama is becoming so exciting and moving so fast too. Many happenings in episode 47. Writer is making us sit at the edge of our seats with that exchange berween JT & MR in the bedroom. Hope my speculation will be correct.
From Day One, I cannot stand MR. Harbouring bitterness and hatred towards her husband for 30 years but refuse to let him divorce. Even if JT really lost their son or even her son with another man, how unhealthy it must be to live with such bitterness and hatred towards one's husband for 30 years.
Let him go, remove his chains but MR needs JT to run Haedeul Hospital which she was apparently incapable of doing so. And JT has been doing a good job. MR is so selfish and mean just as HS has scolded his mum previously.
It is also incredible that JT did not have any affairs all this while or did he? But MR still refuses to appreciate him for anything.

I did ponder for a while and I think that doctors like SJ oftentimes are unable to see they need treatment themselves. But I believe with about 10 years' of experience, SJ should be able to diagnose HS has psychological issues even though she herself is stressed out.
The reason being SJ has recovered significantly as SY kept her busy and tired so that she sleeps well now.
Hence, I agree with EMaGr that there is some writing flaw here.
However, HS will never admit he has psychological issues as he is a pompous and self-centred fella. Also, SJ is not in a position to treat HS. If anything, the psychiatrist needs to be someone else.
