Episode 73 will be a roller coaster.

I estimate his age to be at least 30.  His last drama was in 2019.  That is a sad six years ago.  And Taejoo role is so minor that I hardly see him.
At his age, he should be at the peak of his acting career and have roles every year. 
His face is not thin and small like Seonjae but a manly, handsome and somewhat squarish face. 👍

Seonjae is doing all his slush funds and whatnot so he will probably not be fired ... yet.
If Seonjae were fired, then there is no story for him to go on.

Taejoo is good-looking and should be given a chance to play Taegyeong's role. I checked, and poor guy has very few roles to date.

If Gyeongchae became the Chairwoman, based on her vast experience and being groomed by Chairman for two decades, Lucia can continue to stay at home and take care of Chairman. Remember he does not know Lucia's revenge scheme.

Even if he saw kindness in Lucia, she has no experience in managing a large distribution company. And I thought Chairman is an astute businessman.

TE, length of time is not issue here but what Stella did i.e. abandonment of her baby son is the issue.  Seri, being an adult, is also not the issue.
Because Stella's base character is the issue.  She's ruthless to use toxic tonics to slowly do her multiple husbands in.  She abandoned her baby son.  She will teach Seri ruthlessness and other negative traits.  They dislike each other from Day One too.

Yes! I have completely forgotten about Seri. But Seri has zero work experience. Chairman might think that as Lucia gets along so well with Seri, she would be willing to train her.

But another scenario is to give to Sujeong , the dark horse. She is Chairman's biological daughter and then have her train Seri.

Gyeongchae is likely out because Chairman said she is ruthless and will ill treat her siblings. But she is the most experienced and most qualified child to be Chairwoman. As Gyeongchae has told him, Chairman was the one who taught her to be ruthless all these decades, but he is blaming her now which is also very true.
