I was sure that the corrupt detective would be the one to finally kill Pildoo. 
But Chairman Min Dooshik killed Pildoo with his bare hands! 😱

I felt that Pildoo spat blood at the Chairman just before dying for a reason.  His blood on the Chairman's clothes may be incriminating evidence of his murder.  I have watched how murderers did not discard their bloodstained clothes after committing murder. 
How else to prove Chairman killed Pildoo? 🤔 Just my wild guess.

She scolded Gyeongchae that how she could pour wine on someone, that she, a troublemaker, knew better.

In the previous episode (after Seonjae showed Chairman the edited voice recording of Lucia), she barged into Chairman's bedroom and showed him the full recording as well as handed him the Share Waiver Form which she signed.  No one asked her to do it.  She was merely trying her level best to convince him that she only loves him and not his Mingang Distribution and assets.

She did not expect the astute and cunning Chairman to have that form notarized. But that is a wise and beautiful move by the Chairman. 😄

As I have complained two episodes ago, the Writer is annoying me with repetitive scenes of Taegyeong saving Lucia and Seonjae's frequent failure to counterattack Lucia. It is unbelievable.

Do you mean if Lucia is aware of the Share Waiver Form?

Chairman contacted a lawyer, (not Mingang legal team), to ask him to notarize the Share Waiver Form submitted by Lucia.
"Notarize" - Doesn't that mean that Lucia will absolutely not receive Mingang shares? 

Lucia will also break her promise of giving Sujeong Mingang shares after marriage with the Chairman.

More importantly, how is Lucia planning to take down Mingang Distribution WITHOUT acquiring Mingang shares?

That was an unexpected but VERY WISE MOVE by the Chairman. He is a wily old fox and may sabotage Lucia's revenge scheme unwittingly.
