I do not support Jihyeok's marrying for money but I can understand his reason for doing so.
There is NO incoming income from any one in the family despite two healthy and educated younger brother and sister. There are 6 family members including Jihyeok. Jihyeok is the eldest son and the eldest child always bears the heaviest burden in their culture.
Jihyeok is tired of worrying about finances all this life and watching his father struggled not only to support his family but support and care for his sick elderly parents too.
He resigned at the wrong time too, right before finding out his father did not have the Advisor job at his previous company.
When Boah offered him the marriage proposal, he thought that it was an easy way out of all the problems he was facing then. He accepted Boah's marriage proposal and thought that it was a great deal as he no longer has to contend with bullies in the company. He is the Son-In -Law who will become the Chairman.
If Boah's friend did not spot her ex-bf in Melbourne, then Jihyeok will indeed be on the way to becoming the Chairman of Haneul Construction.
I reserve my judgement of Jihyeok because I am not in his situation.
I thought Seongjae would drag him back to Seoul. The last couple of seconds of episode 6 explains the reason he abandoned Jihyeok.
I am puzzled why Jihyeok's mother did not object to her husband's kicking Jihyeok out of the house. Kdrama mothers would usually kick a big fuss and cry and hug the legs of the leaving son.
There is no 2FL so Jihyeok will still be alone after he got over this rough patch. How many more weeks of watching a wasted Jihyeok?
Seon Jae is the truest definition of "all bark and no bite". He's so petty. Lol
Seonjae is an important villain but what will happen to him now that his kidnap-Lucia scheme has fallen through. Gyeongchae would not 'have him', would she?
Did it never cross Stella's and Lucia's minds that Lucia is putting herself in grave danger in the name of Revenge?…
Lucia needs to be alive to exact revenge. But being Chairman's wife does not guarantee her absolute safety unless bodyguards are hired. The person who killed Sujeong's biological mother could be planning to have Lucia dead as well. Stella advised Lucia not to fall in love with Taegyeong but stay focused on her revenge plot. But she chose to be close to Taegyeong and slowly fell in love with him.

Try not to bank on very high hopes of a well-written revenge plot. I have always reminded myself that drama screenwriters cannot be compared to authors.
Honestly, I am no longer rooting for Lucia and Stella to succeed in their revenge scheme. I believe that I have ranted to you about the characters I dislike. But my wish cannot come true because there will be no revenge drama to watch if Lucia fails to marry Chairman, agree? As @Deb32242 has mentioned, Lucia has to marry the Chairman asap, then we will have tension, conflicts and high drama to watch. The pace needs to quicken considerably.
I felt so bad for Manager Gong. No one in the Min family has ever been rude to her as she stood there watching…
I dropped QUEEN'S HOUSE after 2 episodes. Two days ago, I checked the Comments Page of QH. Oh my! Very active. But I do like TWWSTS storyline better although I cannot stand two characters' faces here.
To me, Manager Gong does have evil eyes. Her eyes looked like those of a panther or leopard. 😆
How exactly is Lucia going to prove Gyeong Chae is responsible for the kidnapping? Will the chairman just take…
Did it never cross Stella's and Lucia's minds that Lucia is putting herself in grave danger in the name of Revenge? Even if Lucia did marry Chairman, she could still be cut down without a trace. Lucia should have tried her best to be in Gyeongchae's good books first before going for the Chairman.
Did I misunderstand something? In the preview, Seonjae asked Stella if her identity was fake. Is he referring to Lucia or Stella herself? Because Stella looked very worried.
In any case, Seonjae is making mistake after mistake. Gyeongchae is going to abandon him and said she had no idea about the kidnap.
▪︎ He should have informed Gyeongchae and Chairman when he recognised Lucia as Seolhui because there is no proof that he and Seolhui were in a relationship previously. ▪︎ He lost the ledger. ▪︎ He hired goons who failed to kidnap Lucia. ▪︎ What is worse is one goon phoned him and addressed him as 'lawyer' in front of Lucia during the kidnap.
Next week, what will Chairman do to his own daughter, now that he knows she kidnapped his new flower love? Will he believe her claim of innocence of the kidnap? Can he kick her out of Mingang when she has a substantial amount of shares? I'm so loving this storyline.

Gyeongchae did say to Lucia that Sujeong's mother tried to enter their house but failed. And Lucia had the nerve to do enter their house. Deb, maybe, just maybe, Sujeong's mother was on the way to enter their house when she was cut down.
But if Manager Gong was involved in her death, she would have killed Lucia by now.

We only know that she has worked for the Mins when Mrs Min was alive and Gyeongchae was about 20 years old. So she watched how devastated Mrs Min was when Sujeong's mother tried to enter the house and Mrs Min later died of stress.
Deb, I have a naggy feeling that Manager Gong did kill Sujeong's mother. And she might attempt to do Lucia in, too. Maybe I am over dramatic. 😁🤭
I was remembering how Jihyeok endured beatings, from the school bully, just to protect Seongjae when they were teenagers.

That's why I said Great Minds think alike. 😄
I also think it is Manager Gong!
I am in complete agreement with you, especially your first sentence.
Gyeongchae would not 'have him', would she?
Nooooo, please make it happen end of next week....
Joetoca, anyone you suspect killed Sujeong's biological mother?
The Writer is torturing us, agree?
Joetoca, but OGD Writer is worse, she is awful. I'm on the verge of dropping it.
How do you find OGD?

Nevertheless, I am not likely to drop TWWSTS. 😉

BTW, there are very few commenters. 🤔
