Just crossed my mind that if Gyeongchae managed to persuade her father to get Lucia to sign a prenuptial agreement, then Lucia will be marrying the Chairman to receive a miniscule of his assets. That will be useless for revenge.

Despite its flaws here and there, like Seri's uneasy hugging of Beomsoo etc, I do love Eagles Brothers because I am always a fan of family dramas. I did not skip any episode but I did fast forward most of Heungsoo's and Okbun's scenes. 😁
The best part of episode 54 to me is: After Tak's jail sentence of one year, he went (without going home first) to Eagles Brewery to apologise as well as kneel down but was promptly lifted up by Chunsoo. Tak was duly punished and he acknowledged his wrongdoings to Kwangsook and the Oh Brothers and malicious treatment of Beomsoo.
The sincere apology of Tak followed by the sincere acceptance of apology and forgiveness by Kwangsook and the Oh brothers was very heartwarming and also paved the way for marriage for Beomsoo and Seri.
Oh... I see butterflies, birds, bees and bright, sunny skies for everyone. 😁 🦋🐝🐦☀️
Last episode 54 made me truly happy, seriously, my heart and stomach feel warm with love.

Because Chairman has stolen the technology which was used as a collateral, so the technology cannot be returned. That's why Pansul cannot return the collateral. This is just my guess. I am unsure if my theory can work. 😅
