AMO tries too hard to generate mystery but the only thing that generate is boredom. I could only endure the first episode and I almost fall asleep watching it. One of the most detestable characters I have seen in recent dramas, starting with the main actor and all the complementary cast like the coworkers and family members. Performances too exaggerated and irritating >.< Beautiful Gong Shim can not be taken that seriously and I do not say that it is the best drama ever made; far from that, but at least it entertains and has characters with way more likeable personalities and brings some laughs and smiles from time to time.
After reading all the good comments decided to give this drama a go but after the first episode ended I was more than dissapointed. It felt like 3 hours long because of how boring it was. Not a single likeable character in this drama...annoying and exaggerated acting. Nothing new or interesting. Waste of time....
Woman in the Dunes is another must watch for asian movies.
