SUCH A GOOD DRAMA! There should have been more hype about this drama! Everything about it was so beautifully portrayed! I could go on all day about how amazing this show was! If you're debating about whether or not you should watch this drama: Stop reading the comments and start watching this drama. You'll thank me :)
To everyone saying they have read the book, where did you get the complete translations? I found one version but it was only translated to chapter 19. Can anyone please share the translated book?
SUCH AN UNDERRATED DRAMA! I keep coming back to this drama. Third time in one year. I don't know what it is that keeps drawing me to it. I saw the other version as well, but for some reason, I seem to enjoy this version more. Maybe it's the way they portrayed the whole story, or the direction, whatever it, I really love it. I have to admit, I did skip her cousin's storyline when I re-watched it. I really liked Lou Zhi's characters. She's complicated and introverted, but at the same time, she is so good at dealing with people. I found her character to be rather appealing
I binged the 36 episodes in less than 48 hours. Keep in mind, I work full-time 😅 I was that addicted to this drama. I loved everything about this drama! Especially the emotional development of Lu Shi Yi and Xia Xiao Ju. I loved how they were so detailed with everything, starting from their small neighbourhood, their school and university life. I really appreciated how they did not rush the story at all and so the audience can enjoy the daily lives of our characters. I do wish there was one more episode where they resolved all their misunderstandings and show a good ending for CL. But despite this, I'd suggest to not think twice, just start bingeing! You won't regret it!
One of the best dramas ever!! So beautifully portrayed feelings of the young couple and the reality of broken dreams and appreciating the small things in life. I laughed and cried along with this show. There was one particular scene where the father gave up the umbrella just so his kids could stay dry. I bawled my eyes out at that scene. It's was so beautiful! Truely one of the best dramas ever made! Very well done!
I am rewatching Unrequited Love. I have watched both versions, but have found her version to be better. Maybe cause I liked her acting better and also cause she is such a beautiful and talented actress. What are these casting directors doing?! They NEED TO cast her in leading roles! It's sad that such a beautiful actress like her is mainly playing supporting roles.
Became her fan after watching Somewhere Only We Know, but then I watched Nine Kilometres of Love, and did not enjoy her performance there... she should choose better projects which will bring out her acting skills
I feel like this drama had so much potential... but alas, they did a very poor job, especially the ending... wouldn't recommend it, unless you have watched everything on your watch list.
