Even though Tin can't remember Tol, his feelings is there, seeing how he went to the clock tower looking for Tol and how he rushed to save him from drowning or how he opened up to him
Personally they have the best and strongest love in all of BL world. They don't need to be cuddling or doing fanservice to proof it
