A cute series but with a bad main couple
First of all I have to say that this was my first bl ever and that may be the reason why I like it so much.In the series is not that much going on but it is chill to watch. The story is about Duen a medical student who is way to innocent and Bohn an engineer student with a big jealousy problem. I did not like them at all as a couple and they had really stupid reasons to fight.
But the side couples carried the show. My absolute favorite couple ever in the bls I have watched is definitely Ram and King. Their chemistry is incredible and I really like how Ram needed to learn how to talk to King. All their scenes are great and I can’t wait to see how their story continues in season 2.
Another great side couple was Mek and Boss. I personally love friends to lovers and they did a great job. We could see how much it hurts Mek to see Boss only as a friend and this couple was even the first one to kiss. I am also really happy that we got to see them together but I don’t know how the writers will continue their story because the actor of Mek got fired.
The last couple in this series is Frong and Thara. They are okay but not that special. They happened later than the rest of the couples and we didn’t get that much of them to see and we are now stuck at the brother zone.
What I really enjoyed about this series is that every couple got enough screen time. It is really cute and really innocent but I kinda like that.
I also really love the cast of this show. They seem like really good friends in real life and their visuals are great. But what I didn’t really like is that the actor of Mek is Chinese so they had to dub his voice which kinda ruined the quality of the series. In the front of my mind the should have from the beginning casted a different person therefore that the actor also got fired, but I don’t even know if that would have been possible.
After all I really enjoyed this series. It may not deserve a this high ranking but I really like it and it was a good bl to be my first bl.

Side Characters carry this Drama
I’ve watched this show when it just came out and sort of rewatched it now. I’m saying only sort of because all the scenes of the main couple are a skip for me. It was my first k-drama and when I was watching it I quickly became tired of it and didn’t even realize when it ended because I wasn’t paying attention.Nevertheless, (haha funny joke) I must say that the two side couples are worth watching it. The lesbian love story was genuinely the only reason I even started watching the show and I think they really did a great job with this one. But while watching the show I also came to love the other love story of the two friends falling in love. They may have been a little toxic and I may only like them this much because friends to lovers is my favorite trope but still it was way more enjoyable to watch than the main couple.
Furthermore, I really dislike the role of the male lead. He’s just a fuckboy and I don’t really fw Song Kang (sorry). Also the female lead is not really giving much personality. However, I really liked the second male lead because he was such a cutie patootie and in general just a really nice guy. I do get why the female lead chose the toxic fuckboy over the cute potato boy because her boring ass life needs a little excitement in it. Also no idea what the whole plot with the other love interest or whatsoever of the male lead was as I said I couldn’t watch any scenes of the main couple.
What I really do have to emphasize tho is the beautiful cinematic of this drama and I also deeply fell in love with the OST. The song “So Tender” literally became one of my favorite songs and all the other songs are also so good. Sadly it doesn’t make the story any better or the main couple more bearable.
As a conclusion I would say if you’re into a toxic love story this drama is definitely for you and if you’re not I would recommend you skip the scenes of them because the side couples are really worth watching.
