Yeah it was more being around seniors that I have to respect and me having to explain and me not knowing how. I will agree it's defiantly a cultural thing and it's fine that we have cultural differences because that's what makes us unique and have a story to tell. I will always point out however, that consent is a wonderful thing. That even where I'm from it is a rather new concept (we're talking like 90s). Although it is only the younger generations who care for it as it is very easy to get way with it sadly.

I'm Hispanic so I do get the point's you're making. Obviously not the same but I am of 9 (not including my half-sibling's half siblings) so I do understand the concept of living with your family rather well and having new family members appear rather consistently.

Not to assume too much but I'm guessing you think I am American. I am very much not. Where I'm from we have our own wedding customs too, similar to this in ways and some different varying what they actually entail. It's just usually we don't openly talk about that we would find it "erotic" as it's classed as more of a ceremony and it would be said do be disrespectful. It would pain me if you thought I was making fun of you're culture I was more shocked in seeing similarities to my own and poorly expressed myself. And for that I truly apologise sincerely if it came out that way, I'm just saying the placement of which it was put in the series surprised me as it seemed to be going in a different direction story wise, especially with how they set up the music.

Tbh I wasn't sure at first what they were doing but if history has taught me anything any person peeping through a hole in a wall usually isn't for anything good.
