So, IMO announce a WEDDING is totally okay. Not date news but a marriage.
I feel like weddings in SK are very social event, not like in West. They invite even their co-workers, bosses, not just relatives and friends. Also, ceremonies are different. So, I don't see anything wrong in announcing their wedding as she's a public person I see it wrong when people try to interfere in someone's relationship or demand details but when they announce it themselves, why not
