Because it's straight up disrespect. Like we're fine with a few changes but they change the entire point of the story. Also some of the changes were pretty misogynistic. Although yeah you can separate it with both the manhwa and the novel, it still bring a bad name/reputation from the original work. Lastly, the players screen (Idk the exact term) was edited like a karaoke lyrics lol, so the editing on some parts aren't really that great
