I would suggest Spring turns to spring which is currently airing, it’s hilarious. I believe it has a similar vibe with ASC, the issue of misogyny is definitely there

The purpose of the movie is to show the inequalities between men and women in South Korean society, or more precisely the oppression of women. Moreover one of the messages is to have compassion or at least empathy. This movie is so important, especially in a country that does not respect women, this is certainly not about revenge. Can’t believe that some people mentioned that this has no purpose or that it’s violent just to be violent...

I’m so happy to have found this drama, this is sooo good

How good is it? I love zombies but never heard about this drama before

I couldn’t understand how you can give away your baby to the woman who ruined your life. Seriously why?? I get that she didn’t want to upset her current husband but this is not enough to give up your baby wtf. She basically lived her whole life in regrets, she admitted to her first husband that she should have forgave him, but then she also said that she regretted to give away her baby... why would you make all the worst decisions?? so frustrating. And Jae Wook wa no better, he lived his life as a dead corpse, unable to stand up to his parents or to protect the woman he loved so much

The drama has a good start, I was really curious about this whole unusual situation, the storyline had such a good potential but unfortunately was ruined by many different factors.
-The main problem of this drama is that nothing really happens, the drama is not slow paced, there is really no actions at all. The characters keep making the same decisions and telling each other the same lines over and over again. They could have made 10 episodes and be done with it.
- Another major issue is the abscence of characters development. The characters as introduced in the first episodes will remain exactly the same til the very end.
- Also, I couldn’t sympathize with any adult characters. I seriously pitied the poor children that had to suffer because of the adults bad decisions.
-The main antagonist, Na Kyung, had the most screen time but her character was useless, annoying, and uninteresting. I enjoy to watch a good villain but she was not. The character was cliché af and acted so badly by the actress (seriously couldn’t stand her anymore, had to skip her most of the time or mute my computer). She had done so many awful things and the writers gave her a decent ending and even tried to give her some sympathy... what a joke

I had to skip most of the scenes the last couples of episodes because nothing was really happening but I was still curious about the ending... and it was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. This was such a WASTE OF TIME

I still think that Hye Na’s death was to tragic. The drama is great as it is but I wonder if it wouldn’t have been better if she was in the coma for example, that way her father could have redeem himself (same for Seo Jin) and Hye Na did deserve happiness. I believe that it was to sudden. Also, her death makes it impossible to forgive Mrs Kim, but writers tried to make us sympathize with her with the last scenes with Kai.
Also, the last episode wasn’t really necessary.
These are my only critics about this drama

That’s also what I did at first, but by the end of episode one there is a huge twist and the story really begins there. Give it a second chance, you won’t regret it

My thoughts about Mrs Ko character
Mrs Ko’s entire world revolves around her job and especially her position as the director. She probably reached this position with hard work and sacrifices. Apart from her profession, her life is empty and as illustrated in the state of her apartment, a real mess. As it appears, she doesn’t have any close relatives and lives alone. She doesn’t have a partner nor any children and as we saw, no real friends. I do not apply that you need a partner or a child to be fulfilled but the reality is that she is completely alone and doesn’t seem happy in her every day life. She hides her frustrations with her poker face. Then, Dani arrives at the company. She doesn’t have any previous experiences and basically got the job without any effort (at least that’s what appears to Mrs Ko). Dani is full of motivation, she gets along with all her colleagues and has plenty of ideas. She is full of energy and willing to do her best at work. While it took effort to Mrs Ko to find a good blurb, Dani just thought about it and came out with the same as Mrs Ko. This is why Mrs Ko needs to draw a clear line between her and Dani. She needs to prove herself that she is above all others that’s is why she constantly puts Dani back to her initial job (running errands, even though they aren’t even necessary most of the time). I believe Mrs Ko is scared, scared that if somehow she loses her job, she would be left with nothing. Because indeed, apart from her job, she has nothing.
Even though I find her behavior despicable, I truly hope that she will improve on a human aspect and learn to treat people with respect.

PS: I really hated her to begin with but tried to « understand » how and why a person would be so mean to another. I’m glad I could find some kind of explanation to calm myself lol

I wonder how Bae Doona and the other guy are going to make it, as the temperature is decreasing, will they stay in that cave like the whole winter? Lol And if it’s really cold even the water won’t kept them away from the zombies as it will freeze

It is also possible that she was never pregnant to begin with and the blood was only her periods as she did not seem to have pain caused by a miscarriage (not sure though)

I need season 2 ASAP

I dropped it after a couple of minutes in episode one but then someone highly recommended it to me, I believe it gets really interesting in episode 2. I binge watched the whole thing in a record time haha great drama indeed

WYL gave up on FH the moment he decided to marry another one (he did it so that Emperor can forgive WYL for her «crime » and escape death) but I believe at that point they still love each other. I did not finish the drama yet, WYL is not yet the emperor concubine but I think that she gave up on FH for good. He on the other hand, has more difficulties to move on. What I find disgusting is that the emperor did not allow them to marry for the reason that she’s not good enough for him but he truly just wants her for himself. He has a whole harem with the most beautiful women and can have literally anyone but can not make a favor to his most trusted man
