First, the ending. It's not clear whether the 1988 or the 2018 is the reality for him, I'm lil'bit confused. But if he chose to live in '88 and the '88 is his dream or his coma state, then I'm disappointed. He chose to jump off the buliding or suicide to go back to his dream. Second, when he wake up from his coma after brain surgery, he suddenly get up, which such an energy, one day later can drive and even run to catch the serial killer got hit by car again and CAN STAND UP HEALTHILY? Brooo, you're in coma state for 1 month, go through brain surgery and wake up full of energy? No human can do that. At least make it 1 week or a month later. Well this is just a fantasy story, so anything can happen.

I just finished it today, 8.5/10 maybe, 2 point that I'm not really satisfied with:

Very well executed. I feel Song Ji Hyo is OP, so when NJH became a witch she can't compete with SJH's witch version.

I think the ending's great.

This is so-so for me, The Kyoto Inferno and The Legend Ends, still win my heart. The first trilogy is the best. The Final seems rush, The Beginning with slow plot not my cup of tea, but still Rurouni Kenshin 1-5 is the best live action movie (base on manga) so far.

How's the ending? Is it open ending? Because I see there's a sequel. Or Stranger 1 has different story with 2? Want to watch it but I don't like open ending. Spoil me please.

I finished watching it yesterday. The slow plot couldn't stop my curiosity. Glad that I chose to continue, it is really awesome.

I'm on ep 4, the story is interesting. But I have a question, in what episode does the climax occurs? Until eps 4, I think the plot is really slow. I want to watch it but if the plot will going slow towards the end, I think I have to drop it.

Ep 41, when Gu Jun sacrifice himself for awakening Shanggu, that's the only scene that makes me crying all off 49 eps ALP. He portrayed Gu Jun very well.

The ending was a bit rushing but better than the novel. Shanggu runs happily to Bai Jue, and BJ open his arms like he's really waiting for that moment, to catch SG in his arms again 😭🥰
