Bingo - budget! and yes, it seems way more fancy in Korean than in Japanese dramas. but that's also the part of that Japanese reality thing. Somehow, it makes me feel that Japanese people lead more normal life than Korean xD
but yeah, when it comes to romances, a fairytale stories can often leave a bigger impression ;) but even so, my favorite romance is Buzzer Beat, which is only a normal love story.

Japanese dramas have that 'reality vibe' no matter what kind of genre it is. Maybe that's why i love them slightly more. But i know what you mean, Korean dramas can make things a bit more interesting.. and for my taste, that's good as long as is not too dramatic :) i also like HYD more than BOF and Hana Kimi as well. But that's maybe because they're originals and we saw those first. :)
anyway, i'm an addict, after all, i don't care whose drama is, i need my food and i'll take it, and enjoy it :D

i see you mostly watch Korean dramas. I'm more into Japanese stuff these days, but that's changing with my mood i guess :D and right now, i prefer Japanese imperfect guys, over doll-like Koreans :D
