Ok, I babbled too much. My question is in relation to contents. In previous remakes/originals (Hana Yori Dango and Meteor Shower) they all had almost exactly the same scenes. There were of course little differences, but not enough to make them unique. Are you guys making changes to the story in terms of characters and events, but sticking with the main plot? Or just compressing the same exact story into one season? I'm hoping for something different and seeing more expansion in terms of the secondary characters.

Personally, I'm pretty excited about this. Don't hit me loyal fans, but I hated the original Boys Over Flowers. There were entirely too many cliches, it dragged horribly, and the characters that were enjoyable to watch got too little screen time. Based off the responses BBFseries has already made to the questions asked, it seems like this new take on BBF will be more interesting and will avoid many of the faults I found in the original. I also like the fact that so far it's only being planned as one season.

Instead of thinking it will ruin the original, if you're unlike me and a lover of BBF, think of it as a different approach. The original will always be there, and a remake will never change that. (Seriously, there are about 3 remakes of this already, so there's no reason to freak out over one more.) It might be epically awesome to see an American version of it.

You're completely right about the fact that getting a job would actually make me adapt to a routine, which was my original reasoning for doing so in the first place. I think I got disheartened by missing out on this semester of school that I decided to focus solely on getting ready for school because that's what's most important in my life right now. I should, however, get at least a part time job and get into the swing of things. Slowly wean off dramas and such as well.

I'm looking for a temporary job right now to be honest since I'm so behind in school that it would be silly to pick a job I would need more focus for. I'd end up too stressed, so probably just a receptionist or something of that sort. Once I look further into my available options, I'll rant at you about it. haha :P

Yes! Kpop! I don't like all of them and I still prefer music I can understand without subtitles in most cases, but I have a few favorites. I was a little shocked myself, but yes, it's easier when there are people that know what they're talking about telling/showing you them. I've even learned peoples names in the groups I like! O.o Which is just...a level of like I never expected. haha

I think Love Around does need some of the drama and realistically speaking the whole "your dad killed my brother" story-line is a big issue. On the other hand, they really could have gone about it in a different way. Instead of everything being all happy and flowing nicely to suddenly him leaving and pretending to hate her, people could have just been honest. They were doing really well on the front, like you said, of acting like adults. Being honest and straight forward with what they meant or wanted. It feels too much like an instant personality switch? I don't know, but yes, they should have done better. I guess we'll have to see, eh?

Does it air on Saturday??? I thought it was Monday! Oh, I'm so excited for tomorrow now! :D I saw the preview, but you didn't see the preview since you didn't see the episode so I can't spoil, but i'll gush without spoiling. *fangirls* Ok, I'm good now. XD

Yeah, WAY will be on the back burner until I realize one day that I had forgotten it existed and start it then. haha I wish I had seen more dramas lately that were amazing that I could tell you about.

Oh! I watched Orange Days a while back, which was really amazing. I understand why it's so many people's favorite. The characters were just so well done and it was a character driven drama as opposed to a plot driven drama, and I love those. The romance was utterly adorable as well.

I don't know, I haven't watched too many dramas lately that are completed that I'd rate higher than an eight at most. :/ Maybe it's an "It's me, not you." situation. haha "You" being dramas.

My leg has been alright, I've been doing home workouts for a while now, so it's all healed basically. I go in once every other week just to check muscle growth and to make sure the screws in my toes have settled. Most of that is just my paranoia though. haha I just don't want to end up having to start over again because I did something wrong later. I've already had to do that with the whole cast nonsense months ago, so I'm just being careful.

Other than that, I'm looking for another job since I gave up my other one when I was preparing for school. We all know how that turned out. haha >.<; I could safely go another few months with no job still, and I might just do that while I'm preparing for next semester. That way I can study and get ready for upcoming classes and make sure my leg and foot are 100%.

Other than the serious stuff, I found love in some Kpop. XD Who knew, eh? haha Friends from MDL chat got me into it and now I'm pretty addicted to a few groups. Not the most popular ones though. I still hate GD and the likes, so at least that's the same. :P

Haha No, there's no way MS will be as bad a Big. The last episode wasn't even bad, I was just cranky and it didn't give me what I wanted. haha >.< So it wasn't a fair review.

I know exactly what you mean when it comes to Love Around!! I think it has something to do with the fact that everything has been so...enjoyable? so far. The drama just makes you smile and fall in love and personally I want nothing more than those two to get married and make babies and live happily ever after. But then the drama has to come in and ruin everything. Tdramas are good at slapping you in the face towards the end with all the drama, whereas Kdramas keep a steady flow of messed up ness. XD That's my logic on it. I just woke up also, so bear with me.

I honestly didn't think I'd like Just You! I'm not sure why, but neither of the leads appealed to me when I looked at it. After two episodes I was squealing, "Omo you're both just so ADORABLE!!! LOVE EACH OTHER!" XD hahaha Are you caught up on the episodes that are out?? I'm so excited for the next one.

I'm glad you liked Who Are You! I don't think I can honestly compare anything to MS in terms of how much I love them, because I love MS more than I even loved BM, and that's a dangerous level of love. :P But! I'm still excited to have this one to watch later.

I don't think it'll be as bad as Big, or at least I pray it won't be. The last episode was a bit of a disappointment, but was necessary for the plot. Le sigh. At least next week they'll be back on track and be airing two episodes a week again. Even though next week it should have been done!!! *whines*

I guess they switched their minds or false information has been posted everywhere, but MS did get extended for one episode. So now instead of the extras episode they're making a real episode. This was posted on their facebook a few hours ago:

There's good news for fans of SBS' on-going drama 'The Sun of My Master', for it has received a one episode extension!

A staff member confirmed on the 17th, "After discussing it with the actors and staff, it has ben decided that 'The Sun of My Master' will be extended by one episode."

'The Sun of My Master' was originally scheduled to end its 16-episode run on the 26th but due to the Chuseok special feature film 'The Thieves', which will air in its time slot on the 18th, the drama's scheduled finale was pushed back to October 2nd. But now that there will be one additional episode, 'The Sun of My Master' will air its finale on October 3rd.

This will not affect following drama 'Heirs' which will premiere on October 9th as planned.


So yeah, I'm not too sure how I feel about that, but maybe it'll work out well? Let's hope the Hong Sisters don't feel the need to throw in extra angst for no apparent reason. On the upside, I'm pretty darn excited that tomorrow is Thursday! :DDDDDDDD haha FINALLY!!!!

No, it didn't. Sorry for not responding to your last message. I looked at it, got distracted by something, and completely forgot. >.< I'm a horrible person.

It's not airing on Wed because it's a Holiday in Korea and no one will really watch it since they have festivals and what not. I'm guessing they want to breach the 20% marker and they won't if they air on Wed. So one episode will air on Thursday, TOMORROW :DDDDDD, and then the last week it'll air it's last episode and then the Thursday of that week will be a special episode which will consist of extras and behind the scenes. So it'll take an extra week to air all of the episodes, which suck royally, but at least it's getting closer.

I think they also really wanted something to bridge the gap between MS and Heirs and since MS refused an extension (which I'm kind of happy about because the plot/story line has been really well paced so far that I'd worry for it if it got extended, even if I want more.) so they worked it out this way.

GAH I KNOW!!!!! I had a mental break down at the end of that episode, it was ridiculous! The fiance is also the actress that always plays the devil second woman in at least 4 dramas I've seen, so I have this massive pent up hatred towards her! I damn near threw my computer across the room when I saw it was her!!!! Just...GAH! And you have no idea how horrendous waiting is! the only thing I can do is try and pretend it doesn't exist until the following week, but like that works well. I've also rewatched the episodes that are out countless times. >.< I also have a massive collection of MVs that I watch to semi hold me over...but this week is the worst so far. The absolute worst. When you get to episode 12 you'll understand. I'd advise you to wait until wed to watch episode 12, but I know just how addictive MS is. It's like food after fasting for weeks. I had honestly forgotten what it was like to watch a drama that just has my whole soul and heart in it's hand.

I get exactly what you mean by starting Who Are You first! It made perfect sense. You don't want to hate WAY because it doesn't match up to your love for MS. That's why I haven't watched it yet and will wait a while after MS is done to watch it.

I'm glad you're liking WAY though! I do want to watch it, and have seen a few MVs that make it look good, so I trust your opinion on it.

OMG! Disregarding everything said above, I'M SO HAPPY YOU STARTED MS!!!!!!! :DDDDDDDDD It's like my drug!!! It is a lot like TGL in feel, but...dare i say better??? Yes, better. GAH! I JUST LOVE IT! And yes, that episode with the dog...just..T.T So much heartbreak, but such a great episode. This drama makes me cry all the time, and then laugh until I can't breathe, and then continue to cry. haha I feel like I'm out of breath a little while I'm waiting for the next episodes! I just...UGH! I can't handle it, but I HAVE to! And after Thursday, they don't put a preview for next week until monday, so you have this horrible sinking feeling in your stomache all weekend if it end with a huge cliffhanger. I agree 100%! I will never be able to watch another drama without a horrible gripping fear if anything really happens to him! I mean...just...UGH! As much as I love Gong Shil, she's the wolf right? She's supposed to die! So...I'm guessing that he just flatlined for a moment or was a coma ghost since he was more able to act normal like the other coma ghost could.

What really worries me is GS. Now she's going to leave him, because I just can't see her sticking around him now that he's been hurt because of her. Also, what if she has to do something dangerous to bring his soul back to his body?? She would do it too. Either way, there will be separation, and I'm just waiting for her life to be in danger, because they keep reading that damn book, and it's really the only way. The wolf saves and protects the Goat, and the wolf dies in the end leaving the goat to continuously call out the wolf's name.

JUST>>>UGH! I don't want him to wake up seeing ghosts either. That's GS's, so I hope they don't go that route. Also, just let them freakin try making him a ghost for the rest of the show!! LET THEM TRY! PEOPLE WILL DIE!!!!!!
