I really like the series. I'm having a great time watching it. Good actors and dialogues.

The heroine is a bit tiresome. Too childish and cheerful. I would have preferred more medical treatment and less romance, but that's not the genre. If I get bored, I'll drop it.

I'm rewinding scenes of the actor who played the other doctor who was interested in the nurse. He's boring and looks like 20 other actors his type.

I think they're playing with the child and filming their reactions. Then they use whatever suits them. You can see that the camera often doesn't show the actors and the child together; it's the actor/actress first, and then they cut away to the child's reactions.
