Great acting, disturbing scenes, for a hard story
The story is interesting and the acting is great by everyone involved, but there are some plot holes and the story starts getting messy. There's not warning for torture scenes, specially torture of kids, and it was very disturbing. At the end, everything was connected to this crazy man and that feels a little lazy. Is worth watching, but not memorable.I particularly appreciated the work of the main leads, they deffo deliver all the emotions involved in their roles. That being said, their love story is kind of rush, they could have added more development for that enemies to lovers.
There are more hatable characters than the usual so that's a downside, and also the "invencible man" character of the ML. Seriously he can kill 20+ soldiers alone? Please.

Original and fun!
This drama is so fun! I loved the original drama with such a strong woman leading a fun and different history. Main characters are deep and lovely at the same time. Soon Duk is someone with who you can relate, true to her heart but also devoted to her family and dubting the right choice. The masculine lead is well portrayed by Rowoon, as a men who wants to have everything under control but let himself be taken by love. Amazing pair with so much chemistry! The single ladies and other characters are fun and have a good history too. Totally recommended!Was this review helpful to you?
Good story untill 13 ep
It's a slow pace slice-of-life drama well written to reflect the challenges teachers face in an ordinary Korean school. It has a nice character growth and a realistic plot. The best thing is the cast, they are amazing in their roles. It was good untill 13th episode were the writers just lost the north. I understand they wanted to depict another side of the reality in the schools but it just didn't worked out. Last 3 eps are just boring, confusing and annoying because they destroy many of the nice things done before. I was really disappointed with the ending.Was this review helpful to you?
Moving and wholesome history
I absolutely loved this drama! 🤩 The main characters are so real and well developed that is really easy to feel connected to them. We get to understand their back story, their fears and dreams, and how they reconnect in such a beautiful way ❤️Overall is an original story with some elements already seen (nothing can be completely original!), but it is so well executed that I loved every cliche.
Baek Hyun-woo is now my favorite ML, what a man, with flaws but real and brave, I totally stand. I also loved Hae-in, such a strong lead with depth and cuteness underneath. My favorite couple right now, I just love them ❤️
The only curious thing for me was the length of the chapters but it allowed us to have more time with wonderful characters so thank you! We also got different storylines that I enjoyed.
