I've just read that Goblin is more popular than Descendants of the Sun and... woahhh
That's why I watched it, BIG disappointment for me; the opposite with Goblin (I mean, I adore Gong Yoo, but I never expected the drama to be so god –so far)
I really reallly like goblin but not the main couple... the age gap in the drama is soooo big and uncomfortable..…
As I said in another post, it's not the real age of the actors that it's been remarked, but the age the writers choose to portray. In my (personal) case, in order to believe, or feel some kind of romance, if not identification, at least I need something to relate to. When I was 19; most of the 30-something guys were "old" for me (and they weren't interested in me at all =P). So all I'm saying is that is hard to feel the romance, not that it's wrong or creepy or something like that (that’s why I used “” before).
In my opinion, there’s some romance (not sexual) there trying to be sold (both ways); but, maybe, if one can see it as a more “tutor” than “lover” relationship, the “problem” is gone.
According to AsianMoviePulse a 2nd part is confirmed! And not only that; but Tony Leung (from the magnificent “In the mood for love”, or the great “Infernal Affairs”) is gonna be in the movie!
It says: “The plot of “Monster Hunt 2” will begin a week after the end of the first film. It will follow the exciting new adventures of the monster king Wuba and its family”
=D
So happy somebody wrote an article about him ^^ Really love him, his acting is getting better and better. I think…
The first time I saw Lee Dong Wook was in Goblin!! (yeah, I know, way too late) and he is SO good I've been meaning to watch Bubblegum (not in the mood for a sad drama, so I'll pass on "Scent..." for now); so, is it good?
I've read different opinions here and I’m not fully convinced…

Maybe, I was picturing a Rose-Ten relationship (with all that “first-love” feeling in the air =P) rather a Rose-Nine, and that's where the "creepiness" appears.
I like your point of view; and it’s a great excuse to re-watch =P
Offtopic: Ten is also my favorite, that’s way I can’t help but love Donna with all my heart <3

Ohhh It's always nice to find a whovian <3
But also, I think the age gap is kind of a problem... They seem to be in different life chapters, and it's difficult for me to "buy" the romance. I hope they age her soon (as in the promo photos).
I wasn't going to watch this drama, I wasn't very interested in the subject (a weightlifting girl...?), and many other dramas seemed to be doing so much better than this one. But this is the perfect example for "don't judge a book by it's cover", and for ratings meaning nothing. I love everything about this drama, specially how warm it feels, every chapter is like letting the sun in :)
The drama started off amazing but the romance between them just doesn't work for me.. I love Gong Yoo and…
