If there was only one actor I had to choose to watch for the rest of my life (I remember somebody asked this question a while ago) it would without hesitation be Lee Jun Ki !!!! To anybody who hasn't seen Time Between dog and Wolf, My Girl, Fly Daddy Fly and other dramas or movies of Lee Jun Ki, I'd recommend to drop everything and watch them.

Actually, what you think is comparing, is actually bringing a vivid example in order to make the point clear :) Otherwise, he is UNIQUE for me as an artist. Anyway, since this page is about Two weeks, i am going to watch it for the second time (the 1st episode) since I watched it in Korean (impatience) and didn't understand all of it :)
So I should go enjoy, since have been waiting for it since Arang. I miss watching Lee Jun Ki :)

Not Hong Sisters :) But Lee Jun Ki being my favourite actor I can compare to the greatest. I think he is really an ARTIST and you can see it when he acts, or is simply on the stage or gives an interview. Otherwise, yes, tastes are different. To tell you the truth, I didn't really notice Lee Jin Wook when I watched Myung Wol the Spy, or I nearly dropped the Bridal Mask but endured to the end (fast forwarding through scenes ) :)

I like some of the dramas by Hong Sisters and I don't like at all some others (like the recent ones). I do not think they are all good or all bad. Of course, tastes are different, but nobody sais Mozart is a bad composer (even people who are not into classical music) :) So I think of course we all have different tastes but there some "common truths", too :) Also it happened to me that I didnt like the drama at all (Missing you is an example) but I think Yoo Seung Ho was great in it. It's not the actor's fault if the writers are not excellent :( Anyway, this is just my opinion ....

Judging from your list, you haven't seen Time Between Dog and Wolf (a really great drama), My girl (a totally fun and cute drama from Hong Sisters) and Fly Daddy Fly (my favourite movie of all times), all with Lee Jun Ki. I'd recommend watching. He is a great actor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but you know, i am telling myself that i should really start watching japanese dramas too. i can see some in your list. may be i should pick one and start watching ??? :)

i mostly watch the korean dramas, watched only a few taiwanese so far; as to the genre, different, romance, action, family, historical... all kinds actually :) as to how much i enjoy it depends on the writing of course, but mostly i guess on the actors or actresses :) so my favourite ones are the ones with my favourite actors in them, lee jun ki, song joong ki, jang geun suk, yoo seung ho, lee min ho.... currently i am watching some airing ones, but at te same time, i am watching some older ones that were popular at a time. like biscuit teacher and star candy. i hadn't heard a lot about that drama (strangely, since i find it very cute)... i am watching another older one now called wonderful life. since i am still watching the 3rd apisode, can't tell much about it. as to the airing ones, i like i hear your voice. what about you?

cinema and reading mostly. but recently i have been more watching dramas than reading :) i even watch drama on my phone in the transport (i used to read before) :)
