You get basically what you see in the title

If you like the trope of a city person rediscovering themselves in a small village then this drama should be a fine watch. I felt like they could've added a bit more focus on the togetherness of the town and included the ensemble cast more in the ending. The second lead felt a bit flat to me especially with how he handled the rejection. Also the Kopiko ads were a bit too shameless.

Clunky Acting and Pacing

The premise of the marriage contract was okay for me personally. I also enjoyed the tension and slow build up of the relationship. I also enjoyed the soundtrack and ambience of this drama, seemed to be a good fit for the story it was trying to tell.
The issue I took with was the weird transition from somber to suddenly light-hearted and almost childish behavior from grown adults. I also hated the random change of mind from the female lead at the last episode, this sudden push away is so cliche and common in kdramas and this one was no-exception. Lastly, the villain was also written pretty lame imo.

Exactly what I look for in kdramas

This drama had the perfect combination of the bittersweet and heartfelt aspects that I've come to love kdramas for. The vibes were through the roof for the first half of the show and then the tears came with the healing and an ending that made sense for all the characters. The second couple was quite a toxic relationship and I'm glad they ended it like that (Si-jun is such an idiot btw for not realizing how one-sided the relationship was). The overall length was fine in my opinion although I wouldn't have minded more episodes. A good kdrama has you enjoying the time that you're spending with the cast and this was one of those.

Best watched blind

One of those dramas you wish you could forget so you can watch it again. Goated soundtrack, everyime I hear one of its songs I'm reminded of how it felt when the show ended. I have always been a sucker for tragic endings and I don't know why it didn't compute when the daughter kept reading the entries that she wasn't referring to the male lead as her father but the twist really hit me hard. I also found myself invested in the female lead's journey as a fencer so that kept the overall journey entertaining too.

Extremely bingeable and a light fun watch

This is a very over the top drama with tons of nonsensical scenarios and fight scenes. The overarching theme is basically the cliche fight the system and headstrong characters who want to make a difference, however even with all its cliches it is undeniably an entertaining watch that goes by quite fast.

Acting so bad it's actually fun

One of those dramas that are so bad it's actually lowkey fun. Acting is atrocious at times but it just works somehow. The atmosphere was great and the characters all had something unique to offer. The ending did feel scuffed but I really can't complain when I lowered my expectations right from the start.

Han Ji Pyeong carried this

The overall story was unexceptional to me. The startup journey was mildly entertaining to follow, but what really set this one apart is the heartbreaking second lead's arc. His story alone elevated the vibes in this show and made it so amazing to watch. I shed way too many tears on that last episode. Kim Seon Ho did a fantastic job as a supporting character and my stars on acting/cast go to him for the most part.

If Breaking Bad was a k-drama

The character transformation of Jisoo is exactly the way Walter White in Breaking Bad devolves into complete degeneracy as he works hard to stay afloat making things even worse. Everyone in this show operates in morally grey areas and that makes them so much more interesting. To me it managed to neatly fit the entire theme of Breaking Bad all into the 10 episodes.
I was completely okay with the ending being up for interpretation, because it lets the audience decide what they want. I think most of us might in the heat of things hope that Jisoo escapes, but would it be better if he faced consequences?
