I think you’re right, and the head nurse is Moon Young’s mother, but I’m so anxious to know how everything plays out! I think it makes sense MY mother is a character we’ve met already and that’s why they don’t show her face including the one in that ripped picture MY has.

What’s up with the head nurse...no other character is as suspicious as her!!! Who is she??

I honestly think the head nurse is Moon Young’s mother....or at least the person tormenting them now...that small clip at the end of ep 11 that shows a woman in the basement with the butterfly brooch really looked like the head nurse, including the short hair.
