Your interpretation of Vegas does not convince me. When he said that playing kinky with a guy, who is not seriously engaged in the game is no fun, he obviously spoke from experience. It cannot be a first time then. It is quite the opposite. Vegas invites him to join in the game and for a moment it seem Pete is too shy to be honest about his own cravings. Lets remember he volunteered to sneak into Vegas’ mansion fully aware that he was likely to get caught. Vegas is happy when Pete finally drops the cover of convention and shows his true desires, just as he himself had not hidden his grief and sorrow from Pete's eyes anymore, and that they finally found a common understanding on how they are going to move forward together.
