I actually watched this drama before I started checking MDL for ratings/reviews. I’m glad I did! I would have missed out on what I think was a good drama. I understand the frustration felt by many viewers tho, I too shared in that feeling when we were hit out of the blue with a plot twist we didn’t expect much less want. However, things did warp up decently and I have even considered giving this a rewatch. If you are In the mood for a angsty, older school Kdrama, go ahead and give this one a shot.
Cliche can be good if done right. This was entertainingly hilarious and I personally enjoyed every minute of it. Cha Eun Woo acting has improved a lot! Kudos to him. It was also nice seeing a fresh new face as SML.
Great watch, it’s a 10/10 for me. I came for the romance but stayed for the amazing and unpredictable plot. My only regret was not being able to binge watch this. Regardless, waiting for episodes did not diminish my interest to complete this drama. Don’t hesitate, dig in and enjoy the ride as much as I did! :-)
Wow, just wow. I’m at episode 23 and boi am i loving this drama. No cliche, very unique and intriguing plot. Romance, crime and suspense hitting the right spots for me. Hoping for a satisfying ending!
I feel like a fool for rewatching the episodes 1-6 when they were airing. And other episodes too, since I had…
Haha... I did that too. Well I rewatched most of HJP’s scenes while waiting on new episodes. At least I got to appreciate a talented actor so I guess it wasn’t a total waste.
This drama gave me all the feels. I have already rewatched and would again. Top notch acting with good chemistry between the leads that pulled me in from the first episode. Not many seem to like it, but it’s a 9/10 for me.
I’m up to episode 11. So far I’m not bored at all. It’s a slow burn romance with an engaging enough business plot. Very smart and attractive ML, liked him from Goodbye my Princess.
Is The Wolf good so far? I've been waiting for it for so many years that I've already lost my excitement for it…
If you love angsty dramas then you’ll enjoy it. I’m just up to episode 16 and loving it so far. I even convinced my husband who is not an Asian drama fan to watch it with me! Lol Great cinematography, costumes etc. Let’s see how it continues tho, hopefully it doesn’t disappoint...
I’ve always had a love for angsty dramas: Goodbye by Princess, Scarlet heart Ryeo, Color of Night are just to name a few. So this drama is just my cup of tea. Up to episode 16 and still loving it! Omg, I so rewatched that ending scene with Ji Chong and our FL multiple times. Very emotional and sweet. Hope this momentum continues.
I thought I was prepared for the direction the ending would take, but now it’s being realized it’s too hard for me to watch. I’m just skipping through these episodes as we speak. I can’t believe I was so excited waiting on episodes each week! Anyway, at least I have The Wolf to fill my disappointed heart. #teamHJP:-(
Wow, this drama deserves the hype. At episode 6 and loving it so far. I haven’t watched the Untamed, so Darren is still the star for me. Looking forward to seeing Sean’s performance here tho, since he’s garnered a lot of the fan base.
I never watched the original, so can’t make a comparison. I really enjoyed this series, was a binge for me! Kisses were horrible yes, but did not take away from the story that depicted the deep love Ou Chen had for our FL. I would definitely rewatch this, such a beautiful ending.
HPJ is our life lesson = life is not fair, no matter how shitty it is, it can get shittier. You can do great on…
Lol, Smh, so true. I’m secretly still hoping for an unexpected ending but I don’t wanna be too disappointed so trying to face reality=life can be unfair.
“I’ll be her plan B”:-). ..My heart flutters with every eye contract between Dal mi and HJP and I keep replaying their scenes together. He is usually so cold to others, but just turns to a mush at times for Dal Mi. Even though HJP will likely not end up with Dal Mi In the end, he with his cute dimples have found his way in my heart as many others! #teamHJP
