its male centric so obviously to outshine the ml the girls had to be dumbed down

thank god they changed the harem plot. other than princess lin an i dont think anybody else had feelings for him in the drama

she admitted to her mistake and apologised to him , which most royals who are spoiled would not do, it makes sense that you skippped it cause your small brain couldnt even understand the redemption arc supposedly. how her chaaracter changed was a keypoint. she went from trying to please her father and downing her sister to actually standing up for her friends unfair death and her uncles massacre killing millions. princess huaiqing did nothing while lin an actually did something, going against gaining her fathers favour to actuallly standing up from her spoiled brat image. and ofc its male centric so there had to be scenes for the ml to outshine more, cant believe you couldnt see through that. its so crazy u just have to watch the drama fullly
