i think her mum is the CEO of the famous firm who's running to be a minister and the CEO at young Woo's firm went to uni with both young woo's parent and thats how she know her dad and also how after visiting he dad at his restaurant she said youf woo's is just like her mum. i started to suspect then that the other CEO Tae soo Mi was her mum and this episode kinda confirmed it for me. hope to get more backgroud of how her dad became a single parent upcoming episodes
