When it was only first episode out the rating was 8.3 or something. You should watch 2 and especially 3 to see why it’s low now. Down below I commented on spoiler why it’s unbelievable now.

I saw some people on twitter talking about maybe Yori was s*xually harassed and that’s why when Minato lean on him like that he says “it’s okay it happens to me sometimes”. Hinting that someone do lean on him like that sometimes but I don’t think that’s the case. Your theory seems to be more true.

For ending now that I think about it I agree

But will they be happy? What about his father abusing him and sending him away? If they stay alive then will it be a happy ending?

I re watched it and realized that when yori and minato had a conversation in front of yori’s house and his dad pulls him into home and we hear him saying it hurts and hear his dad beat him in the shower because we hear water turn on. Yori doesn’t come to school and minato goes his home then finds him in bathtub. So I’m guessing after his dad beat him he did not get up and leave there and his dad went to work. So he was in bathtub since his dad beat him there last night

In my opinion it was obvious and hinted at multiple scenes. Also his father sees being gay as a sickness so he tries to fix him

I really liked the way they made us know about the timeline when showing different perspectives. Movie starts with them looking at fire and then when we switch to teacher’s perspective we see fire again and then to the Minato we see it again. They also used sounds to make us know about the things and when they’re happening at that time. It’s so clever storytelling I’m impressed.

There are some parts that confused me:
1) How did minato could get into yori’s house? Why no one was home to see them?
2) at the end i assume they died because the train they looked at in the earlier scenes was not there i mean the road
3) did theacher lose his job for good? We did not get a closure for that he is left with nothing and he was innocent
4) what did you guys think about yori saying “it sometimes happens to me” how did you interpret it?
5)if they died why did mother and teacher not reacted as they found their dead bodies when they looked into their hideout?

Edit: i saw this on twitter “They didn't die. Director and writer both said they are alive. They repeated this reply to that question literally countless times.(on interview) That fence is gone away by wind. They said they intentionally removed it to show there's nothing interrupt their life from now on” then if they continue living will they be happy? What about his dad abusing him and sending him away? Or will they meet after they grow up? Going back to the way it was seems unhappy

Edit2: also if they stayed alive then how is it day time when they get out? Teacher and mom come and look for them and they werent there. They got out before but it’s sunny and typhoon is over. It doesn’t seem possible to me how can we make this make sense if they stayed alive

I also did not understand the part where he says “sometimes it happens to me”. Also how did Minato could get into the Yori’s house and why was Yori in the bath with clothes and no parents at home to see them?

I saw on twitter on a bl update page that it’s a bromance but yeah it seems like bl to me too

Oh i did not watched that yet. Is it obvious or they just hint it? I should watch it asap actually it was on my watchlist and i managed to avoid spoilers

I hate repetitive scenes it does not feel authentic

Why did Tee fell at the end when he was chasing after the masked person when he was going to the motorbike? Can they just for once not fell over nothing? Like it’s started to get repetitive. How many more times we’ll see someone fall from the bike to the side or trip when running? We saw it for like 4 times already. Stop falling to the ground man

They should’ve just used the road they came. Even the uncle managed to come from that road. Also how does “we fell out of the motorbike and when i got up Top was gone” make sense? Did you not see where he go? How can he disappear in a second. What do you mean motorbike is gone too? Did you not hear or see?

Also you guys did not fall that hard. How can you think that “oh he must be injured badly look how hurt i am” what do you meannnnn you just have a few wounds

Also that motorbike goes slowww on that road. You did not even manage to get so far away that even Phi Jin and Tee can walk to the point you guys managed to reach. How could you not catch up to the motorbike and Top when he was going away? It’s slowww on that road, you could ran after him or yell at him to stop. At least you would definitely SEE him going away

It would make sense if when Tan fell he could hit his head to a rock or something and faint. Then when he wakes up Top and motorbike is gone. Then it could be BELIEVABLE

There’s so many stupid things it’s taking me out

Since the actors are young I hope they make another high school bl but an innovative one. Like not just simple romance but like this one being horror it could have something different

I want more scenes with Phee and Jin (Ta and Copper). Also in flashbacks probably Phi won’t be there since he wasn’t in their school yet. So we have less and less screen time for them

I hope it will be good. I hope it’s bl.

Which deleted scene

Was kisses really bad i did not watch it yet? I mean i want them to be at least convincing enough you know. Doesn’t have to be deep long kiss but it has to be convincing for characters. If they kiss badly it makes me feel like (since they’re just acting and if it was a girl they’d do it well) not necesserily homophobic but idk less commitment to the craft
