32 episodes of 15 minutes, it's the usual format for NHK's "YoruDora", the evening drama, which is always a sweet…
Aww I'm so, so glad you also loved VR Ojisan!! :)) I've found it so cute and touching, and it addresses serious topics too. It's very subtle and original, one of my favorite ones from 2024. :)
I've also watched Percent by the way, and Wago Yui was amazing in it, so I'm very pleased to see her again in Vanilla na Mainichi. I saw Doi Shiori in Mei no Mei, which I also recommand! And I also like Renbutsu Misato in pretty every work she's doing.

My pleasure again, welcome to the sweet world of YoruDora. :) Yeah me too, I really love Asadora but I can't find the time to watch them because they are too long... 32 episodes of 15 minutes is just fine, it's like a "normal" series. :)

My pleasure! :) It's not that long since NHK's evening dramas are regularly fansubbed, and I'm so overjoyed! They are now my ultimate must seen each season as they are always my confort dramas. :) I highly recommend "Yuzuki-san Chi no Yon Kyodai" and "VR Ojisan no Hatsukoi" if you have the opportunity, two of the best YoruDora from 2024, and both of them were fansubbed. <3
It seemed promissing but it was SO bad after all... Twisted and f*cked up till the end, I've kept on sighing all along from episode 6. A merely 5 or 6/10 for me.
Pretty good, except the scenes with Misato and Ohiara, which were either boring, or really mean to the bald newbie. The rest (the Yakuza scenes and the ones with Shiina and Tokita) were good.
Monchi has announced she will sub it. :)https://www.d-addicts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=166749
If I may give you an advice, Drama-Otaku is not that easy to gain access, but it's the BEST of the best place to have nearly all the subs that exist for jdramas! ;)
I was waiting for the subs to be completed so I could watch it in one go, even if I wanted to watch it since day 1. I've finished it yesterday, and it's a 10 out of 10 for me, I loved every piece of it, I love it when series are that subtle and sweet.

(spoiler: at Drama-Otaku)
I'm not following this drama but it seems she's only subbed 6 episodes until now, and no more update since septembre 1st...
