On most Discord servers, you need to be approved to see and download the subs (all is explained in their own FAQ.)
The easiest way is maybe to download them on Drama-Otaku, they often open subscription requests (follow @sarsfansubs on Twitter for open registration periods, generally once a week. ;) )

Please don't reference this type of web site. They are stealing the work from the subbers.
Subbers doing all the subs for free on their free time, and they (soft or hard subs) can be found on their own website.
More and more subbers stop doing it because they are exhausted of seeing their effort stealing...

ECOTV subs can be found on his Live Journal (you'll be part of his community only with a short comment/request on his post and by clicking on the community button), on his Discord or on Drama-Otaku.

They can also be found on dramahd.me (direct DL via Uptobox per ex.), but I warmly advice you to use an Ad-blocker or a private window in your web browser, as they have a lot of annoying ads/spam when surfing without an adblocker...

And for the out of sync issues, I use the software Aegissub. Per exemple, il you only want the subs to start with 3 seconds delay, it can be done in three clicks. (When the issue happens multiple times in the episode, it also can be solved.)

With soft-subbing, you have indeed to download the episodes in RAW first, but after that, just naming the two files (subs and video) with the same title and that's it. :)

You can easily watch them after that with a media player (VLC or MPC-HC (Media Player Classic Home Cinema, both free and open source) for example).

I really wanted to watch it for Tanabe Momoko, as she became one of my favorite young actresses.
But since I'm already not interested in RomCom in general, a story like this one cringed me all through the first three episodes.
It's a drop for me, sadly for Tanabe Momoko...

Sadly the fourth season was never subbed, as for the 2022 special... I despair of ever seeing the end of this excellent drama... T_T
And the very final movie is scheduled for 31/12/2023 ("Gekijoban Kinkyu Torishirabeshitsu: The Final".)
I loved the three first seasons so much... I don't understand why no one continues to subtitle this drama (and especially why the original subber didn't pursue in the first place... :((( )

The movie is quite good. But for having read the book just before watching the movie, the book from Higashino Keigo was 1000 times better, and I was way too disappointed by the movie (moreover by the changes in the story in the movie...)
