At this point it is the sheer lack of creativity of the screenwriter to not let Ming Xian tell JBZ her real identity…
I think it would be a bit of an anticlimax if she did. She is the crown Prince and she has obligations to her realm. It would be a turn down if she just gave all that up and became a housewife for a guy she just met few months ago. She fought for her position for years and she was brought up believing this is the number one purpose of life. She didn't anticipate she would fall in love but she did but she isn't ready to give up everything yet. I think the writers have a more creative solutions to it all.
