Well, it was okay.
From episode 7 downwards however, I didn't enjoy it much. For a mild Makjang, it's okay.

For the acting.
The FL carried the show, she did so well. I didn't enjoy many others acting especially Sung Hoon's. Funny enough, I just finished rewatching OhMyVenus; in which I lamented about his terrible acting, then started this drama. I was almost amazed at how there wasn't much improvements in his acting over the years. I watched Secret Romance years back but I don't remember my impression of his acting.

But maybe it's just his face? Maybe his expressions can't be adjusted much. However, acting is not just about expressions too, body language and movements matters but he's rigid in that area too.

And what was with the horrid styling given to him? Was the baggy clothes intended to cover up his shape or what? Nothing wrong with baggy but those fits didn't suit him at all. Wtf.

Anyways, some exaggerations and rushed situations here and there but they were bearable. The way the FL suddenly changed personality after the time travel didn't make much sense, lol. No likeable characters. No chemistry between the leads. The way they even profess their love with words seems as though they're reciting the lines. Suitable endings for everyone.

Okayyy. I don't know where to start from but I'll try.

From the beginning, JKC was smart to me. He had and confirmed his suspicions about JM. He was even playing mind games with JM. But he suddenly fell off. Like JB said, he didn't even know much about his gang members. He was foolish. I didn't believe he could abandon his friends over such things. He was so blinded. Yes, no wrong in having emotions in the underworld but his completely blinded him or he wasn't just worthy of that position from the start. JB had the qualities of being the leader actually. Smart, tenacious, sharp with all intuitions intact. I didn't pity him when they all turned against him at the end cause he started it himself.

I saw theories of JM being evil. Lol, I absolutely don't think that's it. JM had to do what he did for his wife and his identity. He didn't enjoy killing, lol. In that scene when he was killing mercilessly, he seemed more like a machine. It was the last straw that broke the camel's back cause they'd been alot of tension in him already. He had to deal with his jealous, worry about his wife and his cover. His wife didn't help issues too.

I saw some say he was insecure about his wife's position. Really? How's him being ambitious equals insecurities?

Their marriage wasn't perfect but he actually cared for his wife. I also think he killed JKC so as not to traumatise his wife and make her blame herself for life. After all, his wife has already seen him covered in blood and killing. His image hasn't been the same to his wife anyways, so what's another to add to it?

JM was the most damaged at the end. He was mentally destroyed. He was helpless in the situations and had no choice.

I do think his wife had feelings for JKC and she didn't have the rights to be jealous of her husband while he was working while still respecting the facts that he was married. She didn't.
Although, I think JM had some unexpected feelings for HR but he didn't act on it. He just saved her.

The cinematography is so good. I don't really like fight scenes but the ones here was well choreographed and interesting.
The writer and director were amazing too

The writer of this drama is actually crazy, lol.
The plot was unique and written well.

Back in 2017, W was and has always remained in my top 10 list.
I decided to give it a rewatch now. And as I've matured, my view on it has changed too.

For the story. I loved it and the plot. But everything started getting messy when Chul lost his memory. It started going downhill. I was getting tired of the back and forth of the worlds and story. The story got real messy🤦

What I like is that the writer kept the variables of how the world works, which made it still logical to watch, albeit the messiness. The twists too and the fact that it's difficult to predict what will happen next.

For the acting. The HYJ's acting wasn't it, lol. It made it hard for me to continue this at a point. She's one of my fav and I've watched more of her recent dramas and she's improved. But here? Nah. Her expressions weren't it.
I didn't enjoy LJS's much either.
But the other actors especially KES excellently did well.

I think the ending was okay too.
I don't know if people irl also blames Writer Oh for creating that webtoon like Chul blamed him in the drama, I don't blame him. Writer Oh was also a victim and who'd have thought that the fiction they created was real anyways??

Anyways, it was a good watch 😊

Would love to see her in more dramas

The Heirs was the first kdrama I watched years ago. It was my entry.
So, I guess I'm gonna review it logically now, lol.

None of the characters are likeable. Maybe the goofy characters in school, but the main characters? None. They were all written annoyingly.
I find CYD to be pitiful.
I don't think either of them deserves the FL
I don't think the FL is even deserving of either of them.
Kim Tan's 'love' is giving obsession to me.
The FL is always helpless.
The FL cried every damn minute, wtf?
It's a wonder how Eunsang's arm are still okay cause it was being dragged every fvcking minutes.
I love that ost but bro, it was inserted unnecessarily in some scenes.

My favourite thing was the last episode, it was realistic.
As for the acting, I'd say they tried.

Well, it was okay. Although, I find some things to be somehow...odd?
Unnecessary flashback repeated scenes. Unnecessary and non-beffiting tracks in some scenes . Some random plot to be suddenly bumped. Some off reactions and so on.
The plot is different and the acting okay. Although, ML personality doesn't come across as someone with a trauma.
There's just something I can't explain that seems off. The drama doesn't feel full enough. Really dunno how to word it😭 Probably not well written?
But it's interesting. Interesting as in it'll make you want to continue to watch it. Considering intellect though...

Well, nothing special. Nothing deep. I find their past life story to be bland and not even that deep to connect them in their present life. The lines were blurry as to when the love spell became real feelings and when the FL suddenly loved him. The breakup was unnecessary. Rowoon's acting has improved. Other characters just felt like fillers.
The reason as to why the villian did what he did was unexplained too.

You can just watch to pass time.

Not just the end. Almost everything that happened in the middle to the end of that drama was ridiculous.

Oh please😂 I was actually thinking Jiah had a surgery to be Michell but after she went to the grave, I thought it was Dami with the plastic surgery. I was expecting anything 😂💔

The writing was quite stupid. The acting was just so weird. I know these people are good actors, so it seems like it's the script fault. Let's not even start with the exaggerated overacting.
The twists were stupid. The writer was confused about the plot of the drama. Was those twists necessary? The twist made the wicked and heartless villians look like victims. What was the aim of this story exactly? I can't get it, lol. Many unrealistic situations and plot holes.
I didn't watch Penthouse but was this what you guys had to go through? And from the writer of the famous penthouse, I was expecting more but this looks like it was written by a kindergarten pupil.
This was so annoying, lol
17 episodes for fucking what?? And now there's S2? Lmao. The absurdity of this show wanna make me cry. Lemme go and cleanse my eyes and brain with a good drama.

Okay, I have to start off by saying this didn't meet my expectations.
From the poster, to the synopsis, the leads, the comments, I expected more.

The acting from the leads were excellent. Very expressive. But that's where it ended. The side characters? Not so much.

The cheating. I have mixed feelings about this. The husband is an insensitive and selfish idiot. The wife lacks love and all that. I actually didn't like the affair like I thought I would. The ML could be so childish and insensible most times, putting the FL in tight corners. He's a naive young boy but still.

Even though the husband was a jackass, he was so disrespected. They didn't even hide the affair and was being so shameless about it. I know it is the theme of the drama but common, some situations called for it. The affair wasn't a secret at all. And let's be honest, if the role were reversed, I don't think people will support this as much if it was the husband cheating shamelessly on his insensitive wife.

Even though the FL needed love and some closures, the reactions of her friends and people around her were too chilled when they found out, lol. Kinda...🤦

They portrayed their emotions well. But I wasn't a fan of their love story, I was getting irritated at some point. I kinda liked the show the husband gave them in that gathering.

The cinematography was quite confusing. It's an old drama but still. Some angles were off and not just it. Sudden scene cuts and all that.

Also, the dialogues were coded. If you weren't following well or using your IQ, you won't understand some conversations and situations. They don't use words to spell things out clearly.

The power play in the company was expected but the ending was kinda too abrupt.

Anyways, it was an okay watch.

Lol, I don't know what to feel with this drama. It was a mixture of science, fantasy, magic. The plot was kinda ridiculous, interesting, unrealistic and all sort.
The ending doesn't make sense but I'm not that intrigued for me to watch the S2.
I find it hard the relate with the ML. I don't know if it's the character or the actor. I kinda find the actor boring and not fitting, just my opinion.
Anyways, watch this drama after leaving your logic behind.

From what I've seen so far, it looks like a typical political medical drama setting.
Pretenders and greedy leaders at the high office. Rivalry about inheritance.
Incompetent doctors that think they're all that.
Some draggy and silent war between the upper and lower positions.
Some overemphatetic doctors that take every case personal. Doctors that go against the rules. Does risky and unapproved operations.
Even the introduction of the FL was cliche, they just had to be an emergency patient on flight🙃
It might be too early to judge but that's what I felt and saw from the first few episodes. I had to skip through and drop it.
I wasn't feeling the acting either.
I wanted to like it, really.
