On Don't Dare to Dream Sep 23, 2023
That was a fun watch. I love how it addressed sensitive issues🥹 It is also realistic. Their love wasn't that easy, lol. They tackled issues, they had disagreements, mutual understanding and all. The character of the FL was very understanding bro. Great acting and nice insertion of comedy. I even laughed when some scenes are supposed to be serious😂

I low-key wished there was a poly relationship between Uncle Rak and the two women😂

There's something that bothered me tho. I couldn't digest seeing Kyung Pyo in that role. I like this actor since Reply but I've not been a fan of most of his roles. They didn't seem like him. He didn't fit in most of his main roles roles. This one too. This role didn't fit him. I wish his management can have more considerations when choosing his future roles.

So it is not episodic villains?
The first season was episodic villians. But there was a particular villian revealed to be connected to some of the happenings in the latter episodes. Season 2 was more focused on this particular villian. It's not bad tho. So don't let that stop you.

If there's one thing I love about this movie, it'll be the intensity. I could feel the intensity in most of the scenes. The unspoken 'comradeship.' The unspoken rules. The wildness of it all. How it's just a job and there's no friends. I felt it when she fought with those that they gather together with. And especially when she fought with Minkyu. It'll make no sense if she'd won just based on fighting skills because it's clear that Minkyu is stronger than her. She using his weakness made sense. The rawness of that driving scene when she thought her child was watching was intense.
This movie was executed perfectly 👍

I think her Daughter watched it tho.
I think Minkyu is Jaeyoung's dad.
And with some deluluness, I think Minkyu didn't die too.

It was a nice watch. Most favourite scene was her scene with Minkyu in the office. The song that rolled in too🥺
On The First Responders Season 2 Sep 18, 2023
That was amazing. Both seasons are very good. Excellent acting, props and such. Good osts too. Although Dojin's death was so sudden, it was realistic as he tends to take alot of risks too. He could have escaped that fire with that child. But I'm also glad his death wasn't for nothing.
Looking forward to other seasons. Although, I'll prefer episodics villians instead of an all show villian like Dex. Anyways, it was an interesting watch🥰
And that wedding scene was so befitting of the show😂

Okay, let me start with a few things I dislike about this drama.

1. Poor Editing. The editing of this drama looks poor to me. Some disjointed scenes. Making the drama look boring and low-budget, which I know it wasn't. It was somehow off.

2. Forced comedy and overacting. This is mainly from two characters, the nurse and Ah Hyung. The characters overacting wasn't that funny to me. Cringey, most times.

3. Day suddenly turns into night. This part really astonished me. Like wtf? How can characters be shown in one scene in broad daylight? Then in another scene, which is the continuation of the previous scene, they're suddenly at night? If characters meet each other, enter somewhere and are about to discuss, when they're shown again, they're suddenly in the nighttime when they're just settling down to discuss. Tf? Also, at the same period in THE SAME DAY, a scene of a set of characters in the night will be shown, then in the next scene, which is still the same day and probably the same time, we'll see another set of characters being in broad daylight. It happened alottt. This really lowered my IQ 🥲

3. Risky dating. What is the logic behind seeing a homeless person, liking them (which isn't a crime) then trying to date them and proposing living together? Hello? Are we in the same world? Do people really do this? Even if we the viewers know the homeless man wasn't ordinary, the characters didn't know! So, how can you decide to date a homeless man just like that without knowing things about them????

4. Unnecessary suspense. I think it was quite unrealistic that the main leads managed to meet up with each other many times and have such a nice relationship but didn't even know each other's names. Like...??? I think the first thing we usually do when we see someone interesting is to know their names to at least, address them. I understand they didn't want to know anything about each other's personal lives but names? Not even fake names or nicknames? Do people do that? Wow.

Anyway, it was an interesting watch. Although, I got bored in the middle at some point. I do think the drama should have been around 12 episodes(counted by joining two episodes as one). I also think the drama has so much potential than what it delivered, could be the acting or plot, dunno. Just my opinion.
The exes were annoying. The Jaehyuk character's development was impressive. I loved that for him. The romance was healthy and sweet to watch. I loved the ost too!

Oh, I think SonNaEun needs to work on her acting, tbh. I've watched few of her dramas, but she gives off the same vibes in all of them. Same same vibes, which makes her boring.
On Psychopath Diary Sep 11, 2023
Lol, that was a long ride.
Btw, I think the bromance tag is between Dong Shik and the guy who calls him boss. Cause I don't see any fvcking bromance between him and the Psychopath 🙄 Their relationship is anything but a bromance.
Anyways, it was interesting. Although, the ML oblivion was getting annoying in the middle.
On Dr. Park’s Clinic Sep 9, 2023
Lol, it was fun. I first disliked how the employees deliberately increased operational costs. But I knew they changed. The last episode was heartwarming, first serious episode in the series, lol. It was a nice watch 👍

Okay.
I love how the female characters were business minded. Not overly nice, they can be brutal when they wants when it comes to business, which is how it should be.
I loved the storyline.
I love how their individual romantic relationships were portrayed and paced.

On the romance.
Morgan and Tami, they had natural chemistry. Their different view on marriage was quite interesting and sad. I was getting tired of the constant arguments, tbh. I was also curious as to what the drama writers will risk, supporting his or her marriage decision? Which will be? But it's okay that the answer was unclear, cause they could have received backlash from audience who are disappointed that one party succumbed to the other one. I was glad for their break.
I was rooting for them, honestly. But their relationship should have just ended after that breakup. Many fights ahead. Love is not just enough. I didn't like their reunion either, it felt...rushed?

I felt bad for the piano teacher.

I shipped GaGyeong and her ex husband, lol. They understood each other perfectly. But the open ending fitted them also.

As for Scarlet and Jihwan, they were quite sweet too, lol.

For the characters, I loved how they were written, especially the females. They were strong, competent, badass, yet, not toxic. I loved that.
And the ending car scene when the car roof unrolled with the three women and that song?? I loved it soooo much!

All in all, it was a nice watch.

Rewatched this after 4 years and still loved it. It sort of feels empowering. It's not in my top 10, but it's…
Ikr. They're so compatible. The understanding between them, gosh. And Jiwoo's way of showing his love and support without being overbearing 🥹

The open ending did justice to their relationship, it fitted what they portrayed. But I hope they are together in the fictional world 😁

Hmm. I have mixed feelings. The first 6 episodes were nice. I love the mysterious and wicked feel. But Jin is quite too nice to be a witch, in my opinion. She didn't give the feels like her mother did. I prefer the trade between her mother and her clients, which was somehow ruthless cause nothing comes free. From the last episodes though, you'll know the type of witch Jin will be. Less significant price to pay from the clients. This might be wicked of me but that's not exciting.
Some things were unexplained. Heera's supporter, what was their relationship? How did he become her supporter? The relationship between Heera and her mother too. What was the price that Jin and her supporter paid for their wishes?? Why did Writer Kim approached Jin especially? It didn't look like a coincidence to me. And some other unclear stuffs I can't remember.
Anyways, Heera had the witch aura more than Jin.
It was a nice and interesting watch though.

Surprisingly, for a 2018 drama, the camera quality is quite... meh. And bro, this is too scary 😩
I've given up on it🥲

FOR ME, it's just an okay movie. Nothing special. Not emotional either. I'm surprised with how it was hyped.

Very interesting! CJW will be great for a robot role.
Nice lessons. Realistic story and I'm more impressed with the characters development. The story was paced naturally.
One thing that I'm curious about though, is the explanation for the first episode begining, what was that interview all about? Why did she choose that family?
On The Good Bad Mother Aug 25, 2023
This was a beautiful story💜
It was fate. The story he had written for himself made that incident happen and gave him and his mother a second chance. I'm glad it happened.
I have to say though, that woman is one hella strong woman! The misfortunes, the incidents, the sadness, the trials, it wouldn't be surprising that some people would have break halfway, but she kept on pushing herself and going strong. Damn. That's one prominent character 🥹 The fact that some of her extreme actions were addressed and she apologized, he apologized and all, made it more beautiful 💜
The acting is amazing too. Lee Do hyun displayed his versatilty once again, playing two characters 👏 Ra Mi Ran is also exceptional, raw acting. Others were amazing too.
