Can never have enough quirky or charming for me!
Feisty, opinionated , quirky FL and the ML was indeed charming in a bossy, CEO kind of a way. Great chemistry between the leads and the FL really stole the show for me, with her take life by the horns and wrestle it into submission attitude. Spiders, mean girls, bossy people or ghosts....mhhh, no problem for the FL. Sure, there was some plot holes, but it was so funny, it did not really matter. If you are looking for a relaxing, super fun, easy to watch, lots of laughs and a true romantic comedy drama, this is what you are looking for. Highly recommended for those that need a break from serious, tear inducing dramas.Was this review helpful to you?
Extra spicy vertical drama
I really liked the story, as the revenge for the FL was well deserved and satisfying to watch. This is the first time I have watched a drama with Ke Chun and wow , that guy know 's how to kiss! This drama earns a two 🌶️🌶️spice rating from me, because that ML was on 🔥. Although this is a vertical drama, it still took nearly four hours to finish, so it was not too choppy like most short dramas are. The ML's character empowered and paved the way for the FL's character to achieve her revenge, while at the same time caring for her and admiring her inner strength and tenacity.I would recommend this drama to any spice fans or to those that enjoy watching people who abuse others get what they deserve.

Small jewel in CHD treasure chest
What a pleasure this short 18 episode drama was to watch! Did not drag at all and kept you clicking on the next episode asap. Lot's of lovely kissing, and just enough angst to keep things spicy. The ML Ryan Cheng is so intense, you can't help but squeal like a fan girl just a tiny bit. Highly recommend you check this out!Was this review helpful to you?

Rom-Com with a large slice of eye-candy
I really liked the bickering, push-pull leading couple, the ML obsession (in a funny/quirky way) with the FL once he knew he liked her. The support cast's stories were also very entertaining and so funny. All the couples had a happy ending, very nice kissing as well. Let's talk about the eye-candy....oh yes, there are many shirtless lovely male chests to make you swoon over. These guys go the the gym a lot! The viewers much appreciate it! Tons of smoldering looks by ML=check! Eye-opening to what it takes to manager a celebrity. I had no idea and firmly believe that would not be a job I would every want to try. The only reason I scored it a 9 instead of 10, is because the housekeepers revenge plot in the middle of the drama did not even fit the story-line and it was like the script writers were trying to figure out how to get enough plot to fit the 16 episodes. Skin-ship lovers....this is your kind of drama
This drama was recommended by user Spicy Red Flag and it brought so much🔥 it will make you blush! Short drama's always get straight to the point, so the choppy scenes are to be expected . The drama was also unexpectedly hilarious!! Picture it...the FL and the two ML's in an elevator after her hemorrhoid surgery and passing gas happens!! As a viewer, you are both embarrassed for the FL and laughing at everyone's discomfort. The two leads have wonderful comedic timing and they play together like best friends and lovers. For viewers who enjoy some 🚩action and jealousy, you will get that in this drama as well. Since I only watch dramas with a happy ending, I don't have to tell you how it ends. My favorite short drama for sure and 100% rewatchable. It's a crazy drama ride, but an awesome way to spend the day off. Highly recommended.Was this review helpful to you?
A handsome face with a dark heart
This was hard to watch, because there is all kinds of assault, insults, and demoralization to the FL character. But it was interesting story, grabbed you by the throat emotionally and worth the watch. The ML actor Cheng Yu Feng was just excellent because as a watcher of the drama, I despised the character entirely and wanted to punch his lights out! As an actor, he did he job and he did it well. It had a happy ending, which fit's my main requirement. But I do not recommend this twisted, dark tale, to anyone who has any issues with physical or emotional assault. CHD Romance at it's best
First the important stuff.....does it have a happy ending, for the ML/FL it does. ...YES !! If has just the right balance of comedy, angst, fight scenes, even a love triangle to have just watching to the end. Not too many plot holes, the acting really good. This will be in the rewatchable category for me, as it is primarily focuses on romance and has a happy ending.Was this review helpful to you?
Laughingly Terrible
This drama wins the award for the most plot holes and terrible acting. How bad? How about a ML character creating a fake lab report that informs the FL character that she has cancer and only the ML character can save her? How about only if she marries him, he will save her? My favorite scene was the last one where the FL character is going into labor during a party and everyone just surrounds her all cheering her on, instead of getting her to the hospital. Fans of steamy kisses....that's a nope, unless kissing chins count. I will admit there was some implied skin-ship, but the fake kissing did not make it believable. I watched this drama till the very end, because although it was not labeled as a comedy, it was so bad that it turned into one. Do I recommend it?....you will have a better time brushing your teeth.Was this review helpful to you?
A romantic sweet treat!!
If you are looking for a sweet romance that will make you smile, with real kissing.....this is it. The acting was wonderful, the FL was strong independent woman, while also being so adorable. The ML was intense, you could see his emotions in his body language and expressions so well. The second FL/ML are quirky and equally entertaining. This is romance all the way, with just enough angst to keep it interesting. Some may think this drama is formulaic, but after a terrible day, something comforting, like a sweet treat, a comfy blanket and a guaranteed happy ending makes the everything better.Was this review helpful to you?
Feeling bad about yourself-watch this drama and you will feel better!!??
My first modern Asian drama and it went straight to my fav list after watching. It has the happiest happy ending I have ever seen. The acting was perfection, but the story never bored me for one minute. This drama helped pulled me out of a rather depressing day and reminded me that no matter how down I feel about myself, that I am beautiful, strong and supported. Rom-com perfection
This drama contains everything I want in a rom-com. Feisty FL=yes, every episode made me laugh=yes, romance was the main theme=yes, support cast were quirky and fun=yes, more than one love interest=yes, plenty of dominant, slightly pushy ML's=yes, leads have excellent, sizzling chemistry=yes, nice kiss scenes (no fish kisses)=yes, happy ending=yes, keeps you guessing which ML the FL will pick=yes, had me squealing like a fangirl once or twice=yes, lovely male eye candy=yes, and finally, the drama has limited filler (flash-backs to scenes to previous episodes), or is overly long=yes.....perfect length for a short attention span. The only thing that pushed it down a half of a star, was not enough passionate skin-ship. It is a nice quick watch, that you can binge on a rainy weekend and will leave you smiling.Was this review helpful to you?
Slice of life, death , the complexity of relationships, with a happy ending
If you are looking for a drama that deals with heavy themes, is realistic, has independent, mature, tortured, yet beautiful characters going through life and comforting -growing with each other, this is the drama for you. A central theme of this drama is both death and renewal. How death is part of life and love/family, regardless how complex is is the real treasure. Several characters go through grief in their own way, and it does a wonderful way of showing how every generation, every person, has their own way of dealing with grief.There is romance, several lovely if complex family's, friends and a wonderful town filled with all kinds of characters. This is a very well named drama, as Spring always reminds me that even in the harshness of winter,....life always begins anew. 100% recommended
