It is but just in Korea. And it is a bummer.
I have known the site for around a year and it has always been cheap. But the roster of dramas you can watch in hd is amazing. It has literally everything except Netflix exclusives. The app experience is not as refined as on Netflix but it is a great deal. Specially when you can take it for one month amd then binge watch all your favourites at once.

With a VPN (Hong Kong location ) you can watch it free (with ads) in VIU with eng subs
Yeah Viki is good but definitely not as good as Netflix. Netflix has better quality , quite a roster of dramas and other features such as a great player on any device. That's why i subscribe to viki occasionally when a great drama airs. So definately not for the whole year.
