yeah this isn't the 1st drama to bring this trope... some shows/movies have a girl/boy adopted into a family and they call each other brother/sister and then start having a romantic relationship... personally I find it creepy too...

Dropped this after 4 minutes... As some people have pointed out there is a creepy pedophilic undertone to this... is it pedophilia? no it is not, Yu Shi IS an adult, but let's not pretend that this doesn't straddle very close to the pedophilic line... There's so many redflags... Again this is all from my understanding of the 4 minutes I've watched. but: 1. it looks like Noah and Wu Zheng met 1st... Wu Zheng fell in love with Noah's innocence... EXCEPT Noah is a 5 year old... why is a grown ass man falling in love with a 5 year old? 2. Wu Zheng is essentially Noah's caregiver, you don't have sex with someone you are taking care of, whether the person has physical disability, mental disability, is under the age of consent, hell even if the person is over the age of consent you DO NOT have sex with a person you are serving as a caregiver for.
I could have looked past if the two had met in their adult personalities and formed a romantic /sexual relationship and THEN the child personality had emerged... I could have sat through the entire series if they had started with both people acting like grown ass adults. I initially thought Yu Shi had intellectual disability, had to read the films plot to realize that Yu Shi had DID... but honestly even Yu Shi's disability had been physical Wu Zheng is pretty much taking advantage of Yu Shi's vulnerability... and thats a big no no... thats why doctors, nurses, psychologist, care workers all have guidelines telling them not to have sex with their patients... AS for the people who are talking about people with mental health issues also deserve a sex life... yes they do, AS LONG AS they have the intellectual development of an adult, there is NO ifs, ands, or buts about that fact...

Absolutely agree... all these people on here defending this film need to stop being so thirsty... like yes, people with psychological issues have sex life but it is ILLEGAL in any developed country to be having sex with someone who has intellectual disability/ emotional development of a 5 year old...
such a wierd movie from beginning to end... until the very last shot you get the feeling that you're not seeing the complete picture and even at the very end you're not sure what you're seeing, a few pages of the story missing... it's too bad... the movie starts on a depressing tone... then some crazy things happen... and then it sort of ends... would have loved to see them move forward? maybe they do? who knows? like I said, even at the end you aren't sure what you're seeing or how it should be interpreted...

Haven't watched the show, but, hate to break this to you but this happens in real life ALL the time... people find the "damaged little puppy who needs saving" persona endearing if the guy is cute... if the guy is ugly then they would think he is an ass... the twist was great!!! I could have put up with the over the top reaction... but the shit she pulled in episode 10, just NO... what was she on about? talking about "sacrifice" and "kiss me baby one more time" -.- smdh...
The acting was great up until around episode 7 when the plot stopped making sense. A real shame the screenwriters…
OMG my thoughts EXACTLY.... rushed through last couple of episodes... she came out of the gate swinging and the it went off the rail... and the "revenges" were so bland... they should have done 2 episodes per revenge and did something elaborate for the revenge... smdh... I love revenge dramas with female leads but this was soooo meh...
After waiting for subs for 3+ years this was SUCH a disappointment... they had a great plot twist and everything set up... but the execution was so bad... every single person turned out to be psycho... I don't know why I'm surprised at the way this went downhill... Asian dramas do tend to make their main leads get on the moral high horse at the end of the series, so the way this stupid show ended isn't that much of a surprise... smdh...
