I am not his fan but I am amused because of the unnecesary drama. The only stir around Wang Xing Yue in the news is about the mishap his studio staff created over the unauthorized release of uncut scenes in The Double, much to Yu Zheng's chagrin. Those clips really implied that The Double had a tragic/sad ending where Duke Su died in the final bloody battle. But due to the success of this series, Yu Zheng preferred it to be cut and added a extra short episode to please the viewers.
