@Ebby @Sujach @coolcanerian The main girl is more naive and lacks street smarts than dumb. I really don't want her to fall in love with the male lead. He is despicable and very manipulative and purely evil. No single caring. The way he does things makes it even worse and it doubles it for the main female lead to get more trouble. Basically, he keeps making matters worse no matter what. The more she is with him, the more she falls down deeper and deeper. He is not the "sun". He is the "cold weather" that she is experiencing.

Yeah I read about Goethe's Faust and the other versions. I think it is loosely based not completely based. There are several aspects of the drama indicating this. Yes, I agree with asian dramas taking great liberties with their name sake literary works. I am curious to see how well this will go and will it be a flop or a successful show. So far so good

I heard people in other comment section are saying that it is correct since it is based on a German play called Faust
