Hahaha. Lonely no more. Recently, I haven't had the time to learn the language since I am in an intensive program at school. Soon or later, I will get started on my self-learning of the languages. Japanese is a lot easier to speak and Korean not so much...

Wow. What an amazing person you are! Btw. I loved your article. The topic that you've chosen does reflect on what many watchers questions while viewing the dramas. Myself included. I envy you to have an opportunity to learn Korean and Japanese. However, I'm starting to learn the language myself. :)

In this Japanese drama, I believe the girl isn't annoying as the Korean and Taiwanese one. Another reason is also it's fast paced and keeps you on your feet. Try it and see if the main characters suits your taste.

It's basically the Japanese version of 'It started with a kiss' (Taiwanese version) and Playful Kiss (Korean version). It's a school-romance drama between a caring, not-so-intelligent, and cute female lead with a cold, introverted, and highly intelligent male lead. It commences with the female lead instantly falling in love with the male lead and their journey from there.

Sure am. I'm considering of picking Zumba again, however since I am in an intensive program, looking for the right one and starting it may be difficult. Definitely, I'll take a look around during the summer. Ever since of being introduced to Hayao Miyazki's films as a child and hanging out with my first Asian friend in elementary school, I've been intrigued by the culture, the media, and the animes/mangas. I found this site over a year ago as I watched a lot of dramacrazy dramas/movies online. Since then, the community has drastically grew and I love sharing my addictions for dramas online to people who truly understand this addiction.
