I share those conflicting feelings. I really liked that old-fashioned drama and the lesser-known but talented…
🤣🤣🤣🤣 - I was like "WAIT.... so they NEVER showed the kid again.... IS she coming back or not??? But yeah, she made that convincing statement to her senior about how if someone keeps showing their colors (or whatever she technically said) then why stay there waiting and I was like "omg you GO GIRL! LEAVE that cottage this dude set up for you after divorcing you".... But then she heard about the probable coup and ran back 😮💨 Okay, I get it...
BUT THEN THEY PROVE TO US THAT HE LITERALLY ONLY DIDN'T TRUST HER WITH THE TRUTH! I had thought "okay this is dumb but it was a plan between him and the Princess only, OTHER people were kept in the dark also... then they just HAD to tell us that CLEARLY NO, at least SOME of his family knew because he told his brother and sister in law. 🤣🤣🤣
🙃🙃🙃 Finally that VERY last minute "bye im running off to play with the plague" and she's apparently gone for 6 months 🤣 good for her I guess 🤷♀️.
Yes this is a contradictory statement: I REALLY enjoyed this show, it was one of my favorites of the month, but it was a crap show and the last 2 episodes (ESPECIALLY the last episode) made me want to throw my phone and punch the writer.
So on one hand it's a happy ending because they are together again but also she is saying that they will "start…
Truly makes me wonder if after hearing The Demon Hunter Romance ran THEIR ending through an AI program if they didn't do the same here since those last episodes made so little sense compared to the rest. I HONESTLY thought we'd be getting a Broken the Heart ending.
So on one hand it's a happy ending because they are together again but also she is saying that they will "start…
you know what... I think that's now my Canon take 🤣 - He's dead, she can't handle it and either dies because of that dad or just goes crazy and offs herself 🤷♀️ And then the rest of it is some weird coma dream
So on one hand it's a happy ending because they are together again but also she is saying that they will "start…
🤣🤣🤣🤣 Tell us how you REALLY feel - yeah see they didn't land EITHER a proper "look, he's ACTUALLY (somehow) redeemed himself" OR a "She FINALLY escaped and is FREE" so yeah. I suppose the scene with him "dying" COULD have just as well been the shows ending and then the parts after it were all tacked on to make the OTHER side happy because it was after the arrow death that everything just plain stopped making sense.
FL is a little bit childish but she literally did just become a human like probably a few days ago. The FL’s…
lol Or Zhao Lusi in Last Immortal who the ML literally hatched from an egg. They can't pop out with perfect cultivation and knowledge till their final rebirth 😅
EP1: could someone explain the part with the bone extraction and the mark appearing on the head of the ML?
It's just his mark of Divinity basically. Immortals need an Immortal bone to cultivate and hers was all destroyed so he gave her part of his basically so she wouldn't die
Up to episode 33...MJ finds out the deal about her dad. She decides NOT to tell her brother what is going on.…
Her being all wishy-washy and not telling anyone ANYTHING is one of the most annoying things right now. Like she's the ONLY one consistently discovering clues and living to possibly tell about it but she keeps them ALL to herself
Does anyone know the overall score of this drama? Is it doing well nationwide and internationally?
Yes, people are liking it domestically as well - uhhh especially certain circles 😅
"I recently watched The Power of Love and realized that I have been following Li Geyang for more than four years, but I can't remember which drama I met him in. I went back and watched many dramas and finally found that I met him in the original Time Remembers. Then I was even more surprised to find that the heroine was Chen Fangtong. The style of the male and female protagonists I like has remained the same for many years.... Even if I don't remember, I will fall in love with them again and again..."
"How can The Power of Favor be so good? This quality and acting is what a short drama should have? The plot is good, the actors are good, and there is no disadvantage except that the update is slow."
"Help! Huang Haoyue, the empress in "Powerful Love", is simply the ceiling of the lesbian circle! Her eyes are sharp and fierce, and she raises her hand to touch her hair, which adds a bit of charm. With such a salty and sweet, androgynous aura, who can't help shouting "Sister, I can do it"! The lesbian circle gene is exploding, come and buy it!"
As for rankings with VLinkage (which is the easiest one for me to see): It's been #3 the last several days. It is currently behind #1 (English Titles) "He Kills It" and #2 The Plain Clothes God Son-In-Law (which isn't in English [yet?]).
What kinda ENDING was that??? We didn't even get to know if he would continue to live in the manor or go back…
I feel like this was THE definition of a choose your own adventure ending. They said "words"... they "hugged"... those words could mean SOOOOO many things but ultimately meant nothing because they just hugged and END.
Here, I'll turn that "happy ending" into a "sad ending" with just what we saw... she says the lines about starting over and always being entangled in love and hate... basically her saying that she's always going to hate him when he's around (the countryside) but the minute he goes back to work (the manor) she'll pine after him and lose all autonomy begging him to come home soon. But they will "start over" because she's realized that the most she can ask for is being in the country so might as well deal with him for the rest of her life... 🤣
The funniest part was that bird at the end "being set free" but she's ABSOLUTELY not set free, she just chose to move to a different cage and the door is left open for an hour a day even if the room is still locked.
This is definitely one of those dramas where it could've had a bittersweet ending or even a sad ending and we…
Your "last several episodes" would have indeed been VASTLY superior whether they still wanted to go the "HEA" route OR have it as a "nothing he does can make up for it" route 😅
😅 This was such a weird ending when you think about it honestly...
So on one hand it's a happy ending because they are together again but also she is saying that they will "start over" because there is so much love and hate between them that.... what? They are perfect for each other? 😅 I mean she's essentially saying "I still hate you but you let me leave the mansion so I can overlook the years of abuse and we will move our love/hate relationship to a new location... okay? And that IS what's happening right? I honestly got confused about if he ACTUALLY agreed to stop being a court official and live in the small town with her or maybe they are just going to do some sort of she lives there and he visits? 😅🤷♀️ I mean they didn't explain ANYTHING in that HEA and just went "idk figure it out yourself"... similar to that last minute PLAUGE diagnosis that lasted less than 1 minute 😅
