As of ep 5: This drama is pretty good tbh... I’m liking it Lot more than I thought I was going too. Even the though the eps are 2 hours long they don’t feel like it at all, but I’m not gonna lie I’m starting to struggle in continuing with this. Just because nothing has changed since the first ep. The characters are still in the same place as they were in the beginning. The plot is not moving forward at all and it’s getting old quick. Not to mention the immature side love story between chaiyan and piak.
Welp made it to ep 5 and my previous complaints just intensifies. The male lead hasn’t even talked to the female lead longer than 2 minutes the whole show. While the 2nd male lead continues to have all the screen time. I don’t even see what the aim of the romance is any more, is it not to like the male lead because if that’s it, it accomplished its goal. He’s still boring which wouldn’t even be that bad if he actually had some screen time or progress with the female lead but nope. Atleast the side characters romance is actually good. The mains is straight garbage.
Yeah so 2 eps in the male lead is boring, stereotypical, and did I say boring? The second male lead is already 10x better so I know I’m not gonna like this. Idk why every Asian drama has to have a love triangle... They have done literally nothing to make me want the leads to end up together, but push the second ML every chance that pops up.
Example 1. Female lead in need of help spelling words. Here comes second ML for funny dialogue. Example 2. Female lead needs help getting her friends love letter back. Bring in second male lead to save the day. Example 3. Female lead gets bike stolen. Bring in second ML to help her multiple times.
And this only 2 eps in. What has the male lead done in this same time frame to make me ship them?? Absolutely nothing, he has barely spoken 10 words the whole show. I guess the little stare at the end of the first ep was supposed to make me automatically ship but it failed. *sigh* I feel like this has potential especially because it’s very aesthetically pleasing, but the cliche love triangle ruins it for me.
I remember watching this a couple years ago “sigh” it’s not groundbreaking or anything, but I still remember really liking this drama. This drama strongest point is definitely the actors. The musics great too.
Extremely predictable plot, with a rash and unintelligent mc. I really don’t understand how this is so highly rated. For what exactly? It brings literally nothing new to the drama world, I feel like I have seen the same plot atleast 10 times. The acting is nothing special. Petty annoying villains, that are there just to be villains. They are very 1 dimensional with 0 redeeming quality’s. It might get better later in the story, but it’s not even good enough for me to want to reach that point.
Honestly this is organic sleeping medicine. Boring with nothing but anguish happening constantly. I feel nervous while watching this for some reason. It's almost like I dont want them to be caught even though they haven't done anything in the first place. At the same time everyone around is acting like they have been in a secret relationship for years even though they only talked Like 3 times. It is almost like a slow paced drama with a fast plot if that makes since.
Probably gonna drop this. Feels like a Japanese shoujo manga. It’s not bad but I hate draggy plots. Fav character is definitely the little girl lmao. *Spoiler* The side dude proposing to the girl he knew for like 2 weeks without ever even going on a date ruined it for me tbh.
Extremely average/cliche drama. douche bag mean for no reason male lead who happens to be a little stalkerish with a poor main girl. This is literally like kdrama 101
