Download a torrent downloading app like utorrent. Use the app to open the torrent file that you downloaded from nyaa. That will start the actual downloading of the video file. Sorry, i know that sounds like a lot of stuff to download, but it seems to be the only way at the moment.

Both video and sub have been available for quite a while. Not sure why the usual streaming sites still haven't uploaded it. I guess we will just have to wait ?

I don't think an English-subbed version has been uploaded anywhere at the moment, so all we can do for now is:
1. download the video file at nyaa.si/view/1208785
2. download the subs at https://subscene.com/subtitles/what-did-you-eat-yesterday-kinou-nani-tabete/english/2123085
3. play it on a media player like VLC and add the sub by clicking Subtitles in the tool bar

I don't think episodes with hard subs in English are available anywhere, but you can download (1) the unsubbed episodes at nyaa dot si (or dorama x264, or many streaming sites); and (2) soft subs at subscene dot com (English subs for eps1-6 available now). If you play the media files on the VLC media player, you can add the subs by clicking Subtitles.
